OMG! Where was I last year that I missed this?? Hadn't had the pleasure to meet you yet! I guess I wasn't ready... I trust there's a perfect timing when you align with the universe... I trust that... 🙏❤

Suffering ends when we stop trying to end suffering... 💌if there's no aversion and no desire, that's enlightenment. Intuition will take us there if we let go of all our knowledge. The first step is letting go of EVERYTHING (at least be willing to)... to feel anything. Life is very intelligent, it will put you in the exact situations to untie all these dualistic nots if you don't struggle too much. Identity is about struggle. Open... let go of the usual coping mechanisms. It feels like death (literally). It won't feel good... dissolution of you! Trust in life. In the universe, in the impulse that made this body come into being. Trust, Surrender, Faith.. Arrogance (naive). Let go of control. Let go of the "Illusion of control." Be willing to step into the wonder... what is sound :) Sound listening - That's your entry point There's no past, no future, no practicer... just stop!

It might just be the nature of facial expressions on zoom... but is their a somewhat flat affect that can sometimes go with awakening? Because I think it shows on this call. I've been "trying" to become awake for a month or so...reading, you tubes, etc. But I find I feel somewhat flat at times...so looking for the balance of not reacting to others egos, but also holding on to empathy, joy, even sillyness...
