His very Vitae still survived even the rays of the Sun and well who knows what would happen if a Ravnos were to drink said Vitae, or even worse use it to sire a new Kindred
From my understanding most of that terminology generally dont even apply to kindred to begin with.. They are no man, they are no woman.. They are no longer even human.. They are cainites, the sons and daughters of cain.. That really is the only practical pronounce that truly describe a kindred in a more technical sense..
