I’m a depressed piece of shit nowadays but back when I went to the gym this one fat dude signed up and lost weight so goddamn fast. I remember seeing him after like 3 months and he looked like 30 pounds lighter.

I did that before I got my vest. But if I put too much weight in it my back would hurt. I resisted the vest for a while because it looks really embarrassing. So I didn’t get a black one, I got a brown one so I don’t look like I’m Larping as a secret agent. Then after a while I didn’t care what anyone thought of me anymore so I got a higher quality black one. But yeah, if you’re only going to carry around 20 pounds or so, I think a backpack works really well. But depending on how strong you are, the more weight you put back there, the more stress you’re putting on your lower back. Especially for people like me, I walk with a limp from an accident along time ago and I walked 5 miles a day when I’m cutting weight and that could be murder on your back with a weighted backpack.

Because you do want the vest material itself to be light weight, because you can get sweaty in those things. I love mine but I wish I got the lighter weight material and spent a little more. Not always, but the good ones that are lighter weight are also more breathable.

His increase in mass has become exponential in nature. It's too late to stop it now, we've left it too long. We'll be engulfed within the year. God help us all.
