I would really like if you dedicated an episode talking about protein only, and what I mean by that is for example give ideas and how you think about the subject. This is personally one of the most difficult things in my opinion. Eather I can’t get in all the protein everybody is talking about to achive building muscles… It does not matter how I do it… Eather it’s not enough or I want to litterly puke because of the quantity that is expected…😢 Do you always get the protein in? How do you do on the days you haven’t got it? Is it protein-powder then? Thank you for all inspiration, you are a star! Keep going guuuurl💪🏻💫

Your content is not the type that is relatable, but the type that you hope will become relatable as you grow. Those who are at a place in life where they believe things will get better will likely find it inspiring, while those who aren't in that place might feel envious or sad from seeing something they believe they can never find.

A 20 minute video of someone who is on their best behaviour, and in a paradisiac environment should not make anyone believe that they are not priviledged because they don't live in such environments. Everyone goes through struggles even if their lives seem to resemble that of a princess.

I love aesthetic, calm, positive content like this. Isn’t it realistic? Maybe because your reality looks different, but it doesn’t mean that some people don’t have life like this. I want to be inspired to be better and have life like this, instead of looking for permission to stay the same by more “realistic” content. Please continue to inspire us. I follow a lot of gym content creators, BUT your content Sophie is the only one that is my favourite. It truly pushes me to put that % of effort every single gym session or to eat better and healthier, rather than staying on my confort zone.

There’s a big difference between an influencer that says “if you don’t do all of the things exactly as I do them, in the order I do them, and look the way I do then you aren’t healthy and can’t possibly reach your goals” and someone who just posts positive content and encourages you to push yourself a little bit to be better. That’s why I love this channel. Little bits and pieces of encouragement and ideas to try in my own training. My life doesn’t look exactly like hers does online, but a lot of it is similar. I cook a lot of my own meals. Eat a high protein diet. Train more days than I don’t. Lots of little things that together massively improve my life. I made each of these changes individually and over time. Every step you take towards your goals builds towards something greater. And eventually you turn around and your whole life is different and you don’t even know when it happened.

We may not have beautiful homes and home gyms etc, BUT we are learning how to take care of our bodies, getting the confidence to go to the gym (me, and feeling inspired to really make a good go of life. You provide so much inspiration to us x

I love your content. I do pilates and dont go to the gym, but when yoy start your journey with cardio, it inspired me to add it to workout routine. Now I run 3k once a week and I love it. And it was just because I saw how you elevate yourself and your workout routine. I hate the kitchen... then I saw how you make a bagel and it just make me feel do it from scratch and I did it, LOVE THE PROCESS. Your content is really great, very down to earth, no drama, just trying to be better every single day. Keep going!! 🥰

Those who say that your content is unrealistic for ordinary people, obviously look at it the wrong way. To me your channel is a huge inspiration!🤗 It's also the only channel with fitness content I follow. I'm a 50 year old woman, living family life with man and 2 teenage daughters. Ever since I was a child there have always been some sorts of sports activities. And most of the time, I've done it because I've enjoyed it. Been working out on gyms since my early 20's. My goals have changed over the years. Nowadays it's all about boosting my mental health, since I've been burned out (related to work) a couple of times. I do push and challenge myself more, because it makes me feel great during the sessions and afterwards. I'm quite confident with how I look. Even if I focus on the mental part, my training also makes progress with my outside. But for me that's just bonus!😉

A sigma female is extremely rare, they are stoic, lone wolves that follow their own paths. They don’t care what other people think and it can make others feel threatened (especially other women). I wish we had more sigma’s in the world who challenged the norms of society. She is someone who has values and will not compromise. She does not fit in a group and knows exactly what she needs to do next.

I love that you touch on the ‘unrelatable’ complaint. Some people are so bothered by other people being disciplined and enjoying it that they have to nitpick to feel better. I’m someone who struggles with being focused and disciplined and I feel nothing but inspiration from Sophie because I KNOW that sticking to certain habits makes me more fulfilled long term. And that may not include the countless circumstances and stresses that make it hard to be disciplined, but it’s still a fact for me, and many others. And the truth is, a lot of the people that complain the most about how unrealistic this lifestyle is are those who aren’t being honest with themselves. For the most part, the single moms with three jobs don’t have time to complain online about someone, and anyone I’ve met who truly doesn’t have the time or resources just doesn’t bother with watching this content. I’d rather be honest with myself and admit I could do better, because then I have a chance of actually getting there. And if you want relatable content where someone is engaging in the same habits that you do that make you feel less than ideal, then do it. But I know people who live like this, and it really does make them more peaceful, secure and welcoming. Just because self improvement can go too far, doesn’t mean we need to toss it away and get angry at people who promote it.

Your content most certainly is aspirational and while I personally am couch bound as I am recovering from ACL repair surgery, I find the effort you put into self care along with time in the gym truly motivational. I also appreciate the fact that you are specific about what you eat, but you are not counting calories and showing us a dry salad and pretending it’s delicious 😂❤

Your point at the introduction makes sense. I have personally thought that before when I was making a little bit of content, I knew I wanted to create content to put something out with a positive feel because there’s already a lot of negative, sad, pessimistic content to go around on the internet that I would rather not put more of it. Even before you made your point I knew you were that type of content creator (which is why I respect you) and it has really shown how intentional you’re about what trying to do here to inspire others. Yes all days won’t look like you but even if I wake up and go workout or try a new recipe, that means I’m one step closer to your life. Maybe some people don’t believe you’re actually training with those “lighter weights”, but I think it’s beautiful to see that you’re prioritizing the form and going slow! 🧡 and I feel you on the lightest weight on the cable lateral raises, even normal lateral raises are already so heavy with 2-3kg 🤭 Just wanted to share my love for you being honest, inspiring and just your best self ✨

The next time you need to freeze bananas try laying out the cut up pieces on a baking sheet. Put them on the baking sheet spread apart so they can freeze individually and won't get frozen into a clump or get stuck to the container. Once they're frozen you can put them in your storage bowl.

It’s not true that your content is unrealistic at all! I watched you go to the gym and then go straight to McDonald’s and talk about balance for goodness sake that’s so relatable 😂 and I loved it! I love the content that you create hey, it is inspiring and focused on health and fitness. And i love it for that. You don't make one feel like they need to overspend money on expensive stuff in order to feel and look good. You can still achieve cleanliness with the little that you have and staying positive.

I am a young woman and I work in an industry that is heavily male-dominated. I fully agree with what you said Sophie, esp. about how it is important to do what makes you happy and to not adapt to the expectations of your surroundings in trying to please everyone. But what really gets me sometimes and what is the most demanding part about that ethos for me is to accept that structural inequality will still, irrespective of whether I prioritize my own principles etc., make it so so so hard to be heard. I sometimes sit in meetings with 10-20 men and they either don’t acknowledge what I say or talk over me or repeat what I said as if I had never said it before….and it frustrates me. Yes, I do not want to become angry or start raising my voice as that’s just not who I am. But will I be heard? Not as much as my male colleagues. Will I feel unsatisfied after a meeting like that? Sure, I am as good as they are, better prepared at least and sure, I am proud of me for trying anyway, for remaining true to myself as in being well prepared, having good ideas or thoughts and for remaining calm - but it is hard to be the only one who acknowledges you in a room full of egos who do not even see or hear you. And that is something I would love for someone to talk about. The first step of staying true to your principles is important, but the second step of cheering for yourself and to not push through, that’s what gets me. It is so fricking hard!!!!

It's a loss for the person that doesn't like me because I'm going to be me and that's being emotional and making mistakes but I also know how to say sorry and be a great friend. So who doesn't want to be our friend it's a loss for them and not us

I really felt that „you have to do this, but not to much..“.I feel like thats overall a big thing as being a woman. I mean for example you have to be a great mother and after birth you have to be in top shape and dont look like you just became a baby, but still you have to be there for your kid, and not be in the gym the whole time.. so on and so on.. i think its just stupid that so many things are wished for in a woman but dont really make sense if you look at the whole picture of a woman. I normaly only watch your videos and never comment, as i am not that good in english. But today i really resonaded with what you were talking about & i wanted to thank you for talking about such important topics! Thanks, you made my day 😊 Greetings from Switzerland.
