The whispers are my favorite group of all times! My mom played them all the time. I'm 62 years old. I was hip to them in the late 60s . My mom passed away on May the 2nd 2024. Her wish was to play the whispers on her going home service and that's what me and my family did . Rest in peace Thelma Manning,Nicholas Coldwell and the rest of the whispers family! 🙏❤️❤️❤️ I love you all to death do us apart. You guys are the best of all!! I mean that from my the bottom of my heart ❤! What! For real though !! I got up on the stage with them in 1989 New years ball in Washington DC that's where I'm from. It was the most memorable event I'll never forget. I rocked steady with them on two songs! AMEN To The Whispers! 🙏❤️😘
When talking about who is at the top of the list in R&B music you would have to mention the Whispers as one of them. Because from day one they put out the most amazing songs you would ever here. They brought smooth and,ool out. And at the same time show you can be a perfect gentlemen to the woman and get love return. Now that's beautiful😊👍👍.

The Whispers have been my favorite singing group since high school. The Whispers delivered a awesome concert at Crenshaw High School about fifty years ago. I was so excited to be invited to dance with those handsome and polite young men. Since that time I have met them at the LAX airport and in Dallas Texas.. I hope to see them again in concert this September for my birthday....A special shot out to those Libra brothers.....
