The Who on the modern generation of rock artists 

I like Roger's sense of humor and how he can laugh at himself.

Who'd of thought we'd be living in a world where Roger Daltrey is 75. Great frontman. Pete looks a lot more relaxed nowdays.

New album titled 'Whos Left'.

Easy to imagine Kieth Moon standing between them making faces with those big eyes.

Daltrey is like a jolly working class landscape gardener. Townshend offers considered, complicated answers like a lecturer.

Good lord I love those guys. Now they are rock's elder statesmen and I really hope the youth listen to them... not just what they say in interviews, but also their music.

Been a Who fan since the early 70s and got to see them “live” when Moon was still alive. Always felt they were under rated and still do to some extent. Glad to see Pete and Roger have remained friends

Saw them with my two boys about a decade ago. They blew my (remaining) hair back. They are every bit as good as the Beatles or the Stones or Queen or AC DC. They were and still are epic.

Best concert I ever saw was the Who doing Tommy at the Community Concourse in San Diego in, I think, 1971. I've never seen another live band on that level.

Pete being so humble, not even mentioning he’s the lead guitarist for the band, let alone one of the greatest guitarists of all time.

The Who is one of my favorite bands ever. Im really glad these two legends are still alive.

I saw them live in Berlin the 12th of July 2006 with a dear friend of mine, they were amazing - i was blown away. Luckily they released that whole tour on dvd and cd so I can revisit that night. Long live The Who!

Good to hear Pete give props to The 1975. Always curious to hear what the old timers think of today's artists, good or bad. Incidentally, I saw The Who in '75 along with my brother and our neighborhood buddies - a couple of times during the concert they turned on these HUGE floodlights, Roger tossing the mic way in the air, Pete's right arm windmilling like crazy. It was awesome all the way around.

I still love the Who. Great tunes, well written and always rocking.

Always a good bit of straight talking no holds barred from these two! Long may they go on producing wonderful music and speaking your minds. I grew up with The Who and they are still one of the best live Rock Bands around.

Went to school with RD, JE & PT, recall Roger D being pissed and running round the playing field John E even came round my house many times as he was my brothers best friend, and I was totally unaware who he was at the time,and what was to come. Brilliant band, brilliant blokes, such a shame music lacks the creativity of that time. Perhaps youngsters should see that opportunity gap in the market, and replicate it today?

I remember getting smoked up and guzzling Boones Farm apple wine and cranking up Live at Leeds. Other voices will eventually fade away but then there are the immortals.

Rock and Roll Royalty... I'm glad I had the opportunity of seeing them thru their many treks to Toronto, Canada.

The Stones have always just been The Who lite. Roger Daltry is the best front man of his generation and Pete Townshend is the greatest composer of the last century.

I’m so glad I listen these guys and concern myself a fan of their work. They’re not like a lot of celebrities nowadays that live in a bubble and alienate their fans, they call out the BS for what it is.

I saw them in Philly last year (‘19) and they were great.

I saw Roger last summer and he played all of Tommy (one of my favorite albums and movies ever!). My parents took me to see Roger last summer for my eighth grade graduation present and I loved it! Both of my parents have always been huge Who fans and I have too. I can’t wait to hear the new album and I’m hoping to maybe have the chance to see them this tour. I haven’t see Pete live yet and I’ve always wanted to see him live because he’s one of my favorite musicians ever and he is certainly one of my all time favorite guitarists ever!

I grew up with there wonderful music. Still talk about Charlton with my friend who was there and I wasn't. The Who is still the top band for me. Just great.

I was at the tragic Who concert in Cincinnati Dec. 3 1979 when 11 people were crushed to death getting thru the doors. Hard to believe it will soon be 40 yrs! 😢 Still Love this band!

Still legends, a lot of bands that are half their age still can’t sound as great as The Who.

Isle of Wight DVD one of the best concerts from the Classic Rock era especially the first hour. A must for any rock fan. Just how it was back in the day. Amps, guitars and a hundred people on stage. Those were the days that today’s generation can never experience.

I discovered The Who when I was still a teenager in the early 2000s. I spoke about them to anyone during any conversation. It still hard to believe that these 2 gentlemen here are two of the most brutal, raging rock stars of all time.
