Note for pausing in Wii Sports: You can't be moving the remote over a certain speed in order to pause the game (this is likely to prevent accidental pausing when you're swinging around but it's quite strict in the original). It's best to hold still in the middle or on one side and pause super early so you can then keep pausing over and over, then dodge away at the last second. I never expected my video to turn into a full series, I'm very flattered!
@nn It's quite a bit better in future titles where you can pause easier, but even so, changing a single line of code in OG Wii Sports would have removed the speed requirement. I guess Nintendo thought people may hold their hands over the pause button when gripping the remote and pause whilst they're trying to swing/throw etc.

Poof is getting better with the platinums, this one was luck based on how many balls matt throws, he can throw from 86 to 98 balls depending on how luck you are. Another platinum done, nice one!

Am I only the one who kind of hears Matt saying the f-word every time he throws the balls at Poof? It’s almost like he’s constantly cursing Poof out every time dodges or screws up.
The fact that he got it on his first attempt video going for platinum and STILL broke a Wii remote really show just how insane Poof is lmao. It is not that hard to exercise a little patience and control. And if it is for him, then bro needs to see a counselor or a therapist.

Everyone focused on Poof's rage, but I'm in absolute shock that he was finally able to unlock the Throwing Punches training game at 5:40. I never thought he'd be able to do it.
I was playing an online game while watching this video and the "butt whole" joke at 12:23 made me laugh so hard that I completely threw the game for my team, logged off and proceeded to laugh at it for another 15 minutes before continuing the video, and thinking of it now still makes me giggle.

Wow…I just realized how unfair this training exercise is. He was doing that perfectly and Nintendo didn’t program Matt right. You should be able to get platinum while also getting hit only twice but for some reason Matt was throwing the balls slower in those attempts, kinda odd.
