Congratulations, Dames. I thought that was it when they got the 10 second penalty, i was screaming at my tv, but what a strategy call not to take new tyres, a big risk but if anyone could make it work Michelle Gatting could and she did it in style.
Astonishing how both, the French rebuilt Le Castellet into Imola in such a short time and even chose to use the Italian tricolore for the curbs. Chapeau, mes amis francais... I guess...😂😂😂 Also, it's great that they named a corner after Tambeoux Relló, who doesn't remember him...
I saw this race live on RU-vid. The final 36 minutes were unbelievable. Gatting on worn tires navigating the car, defending the lead against Clot in the Aston Martin, displays the level of expertise in such endurance races.
Unbelievable defense from Michelle Gatting, the last hour of race was absolutely nail-biting stuff! A victory so much deserved for the all-female team.
The three Dames are just crazy good, imagine having driven a GTE Porsche in WEC last season, a Lamborghini GT3 alongside and now a Porsche GT3 and be super competitive in all of them...
Well what an epic race for sure.... Michelle Gatting really keeping it together showing her steel. For those who watched the whole race, Valentin Hassle Clot... Well what a CLOT.... I take a dim view of race control not calling Clot for investigation. Racing is racing, I get that, but twice the Aston was driven right into the bumper of the Iron Dames Porsche by force... It was NOT just touch and clear to see. The 2nd time round could have caused a very ugly accident if Michelle Gatting was not absolutely on top of it!
