I had this scapular winging when I was very young, around age 7, and my parents brought me to a Hilot (Filipino chiropractor) to put the scapular back in place. He did a certain movement and snapped it into place. Never had an issue with this since and I'm almost 60. Never had to do any exercises to keep it in the right place.

Is there a video containing the exercises I have a throwers shoulder meaning all the pitching o did as a kid turned into my right shoulder sticking more forward than my left I watched this video and now know what I have is there anyway I could see the ways to fix the issue

Please give me a few exercises to fix this. I have exactly the same thing with a thoraxic nerve palsy, but its about 2 years ago that it was as bad as this. My physio therapist had no idea what scapular winging is and just gave me like 20 exercises which might have been just something random. So mobility-wise I have no problems anymore, but you can still see it a little bit that the right scapula is further in. I can feel it when I do exercises like the bench press that I just cant lie symmetrically on my back. So what should I do if I havent done any exercises targeting my scapular winging in quite a long time?

Thanks for this , if there is a nerve problem can symptoms mimic a stroke? Dizziness, eye spasm, tingles in Finer’s on both hands and pain at upper back. Both sides of my clients head are affected and the heart has been ruled out , i feel its similar to this... and compromises in the spine causing symptoms

Omgod I'm in tears. I have such pain. Been dealing with this since 2009. I tore my bicep rotator cuff. 2 surgeries mt back hurts so bad. This last surgeon says I have nerve damage. My super sinitus muscle doesn't even work

I have a cracking popping shoulder or whatever u call it and it is associated with winging scapula. Does it mean that when i fix my scapula by strengthening SA the other problem will go away too?

I've had a winging scapula for the past year. Whenever it "sticks out", it pushes my shoulder forward and irritates the bicep tendon, causing pain and numbness in my bicep. I've tried a lot of things to fix it, wearing a brace, stretching my pecs and all the muscles that attach to the shoulder blade, I've been doing exercises to strenghten the lower traps, rhomboids, serratus. I go to the gym regularly and have been focusing more on back movements, rows to hit the midback, making sure my scapula is retracted during these movements. Despite my efforts, there is litte to no progress. Any suggestions?
