Watched live ACL reconstruction surgery 2 days ago in the orthopaedic department. It was ACL reconstruction surgery with lateral meniscus repair. The graft used was Peroneus brevis.
Thanks Tim, these are great. I need to keep them up to stop another recurrence from last year. How many reps and how often do we do these bands, like three times a week?
I’ve been dealing with this very intensely since oct last year. Massage helps relieve the headache thankfully, even just a few minutes on my shoulder helps my head neck and jaw. Still need to manage and work out the triggers exactly
If / when my arm has dislocated if there any bone breakage I’d see bruising at least right ? My arm has dislocated quite a bit of times but I’m afraid to get surgery I have acchs and I feel they don’t give the best of the best which is what I’d want if I went under a knife
Thank you for this video. I'm almost a year post op on supraspinatus surgical repair and my physio never gave me this exercise. I watched your videos on your post op recovery. Was this one of your post op exercises?

Great video. I have had balance issues my whole life I could never balance one legged on a Bosu like she is doing in the video without holding onto something. My poor balance is starting to effect my confidence and joy for doing things that I enjoy like hiking and inline skating. How do I narrow down where my issue is (ankle, knee, hip, brain, etc)? Thanks!
@@physiorehab I hope so!!!! I started today. With your exercise suggestions. I am a diabetic will that matter?? I am under control with my sugar level now!
That’s what it means by training “intentionally” - use your brain. Another tip: do a few cat camels, not to end range and end being neutral before executing the exercise. This gives you gentle spine mobility before initiating. Also allows you to feel your core muscles (mind knowing where the core is). And breathe into the spine and brace. And yes, be tall and stay neutral.
Had this for 8 years now. Every time I start to make progress in the gym I have to stop for a few months because the discomfort/pain gets too bad. It’s insanely frustrating. Can’t even get comfortable in bed most nights.
Hi Tim, Thank you for the video. I’m having the exact same condition as she. Did she ended up having a surgery? I couldn’t see any follow up videos. If not, how is the pain she was feeling in the back and front of the knee now?
Guys never compare your progress with videos. Its completely different from person to person and dont try any new exercises looking at RU-vid videos. Your doctor is the right point of contact to help you in clearing all your queries.
I never comment on videos. The first stretch was very helpful. I felt my lower back adjust itself on both sides multiple times. Fantastic. Then the second one helped me sink my lower back into flexion without too much pain. Now I have touch the floor and put my shoes and socks on. FYI I’m 20 years old and very fit. Don’t think this can’t happen to you just because you are young. I will continue to do these! This video and channel deserves so much more attention. No other video has been able to give me this relief. Thank you so much!
