The vast majority of last year’s staff is gone, besides the ringleader: the ones who developed, assistants and the ones behind the scenes of analyzing and scheming. No successful business turns over that much staff & continues on the same level from previous up years.

Why is Chris Balas perpetually negative? It's a bit nauseating. If Michigan can't find a starting QB out of the guys they've got then who would've been a better option in the portal? If Jack Tuttle, Alex Orji, or Davis Warren were to enter the spring portal they would've been some of the best QB's available and you can't change my mind about that. Also, if Michigan can't find a backup linebacker or two out of the mix of Jaydon Hood, Jimmy Rolder, Micah Pollard, Jason Hewlett, and Cole Sullivan then the program isn't as good at identifying and developing talent as we've been saying they are. I believe this is still one of the best five or six teams in the country, if not THE BEST because of their ability to see the things that others coaches don't in a kid and develop that talent like not other can. Why? Because they still attack the day with an enthusiasm unknown to mankind.
