I suggest you try and raise funds to remodel the rooms in the compound and do some paint work. It would greatly improve their lives. Can we all contribute to do a makeover of the home ? I think it will be a great idea.

I’ve heard Mama Uganda’s story a while back. I was so sad to hear her mistreatment as lack of hope for herself, but found her strength and wanting an education for each child, something she never had a chance to do, so inspiring. She is such a strong woman and mother. I wanted to know how to donate, but people said doing so would make her a target. Can you, or someone here tell me if there is a way to donate that would go straight to her and her family?
@@ConnectWithUganda Please be careful if they do this. I am in the US and I have seen too many times where someone sets up a gofundme and then keeps the money that should have been donated. I am sick of hearing that people in need were scammed. It is hard to trust people.

Her kids are so well mannered and lovely. They show respect to their mum and it is truly a blessing to see her making that change in their lives despite being a single mum and her own sad upbringing. Oh, I just watched a documentary about Miriam and her children. I am so glad that they got a holiday treat! Her children seem very friendly and sweet. 💕
Super that you are helping this amazing Mom. She says she is not educated- but she has world knowledge, she is disciplined, thinks of God, and loves her children. The children can use books because Mom knows education is important. Blessings to you ALL!!

My daughter was a nurse who worked with several people from Uganda in America, and she always said they had great souls. This is good to see. She kept friends that live there now or moved to other places, and America from there and now she can’t find them but the video is good for me to see great people and a community that cares. I wish other people could see this so I posted it on my feed for my friends to see. My daughter loves food from Uganda and the spirit of those people from Uganda she got to know in America.
Thank you and God bless you for helping this strong Mother feed her many children, originally she had 44 children and now you said 28 are left. We are impressed with how well the children are obedient and self controlled as modeled by the older children. The older children have a schedule for cooking and the responsibility rotates. In another video the Mother revealed that her education was limited but she wants an education for all of her children because she knows the only way out of abject poverty is through education. What a blessing!! While some people find it difficult to raise two to five kids, this lady managed to raise up such aot of kids! May God strengthen her more and bless her kids so that they will help her in with all that she needs in her life.

Great job. Please allow me to assist her with clothing, books. Paper, items for learning and money so that she can feed and care for her kids. I have been searching for her address. Please help me so that I can be a blessing to her. I have lots of shoes and clothing for the kids ages 12 months to 12 years old

This is a wonderful video.Could you do a few more videos on Mama Uganda? Interview her children and find out what career they want .Find out fom the mother iwhere are the fathers and why she has not put them in court. Also is mama Uganda stigmatised and scorned because of her large family.

This woman's story touched me deeply. I am curious about how things are with her and her children/grand children now. Has Connect With Uganda spearheaded a fundraising project to assist in providing her family with better/adequate house and living condition?
I would have done that, but it’s a bit tricky as the most convenient fundraising platform (gofundme) isn’t available for Uganda. But she’s doing well, will hopefully give her another visit before the year ends and if I’ve thought of a way to fundraiser for her, then I will include a link for that.
@@ConnectWithUganda Hello Rae. It may be possible for Connect With Uganda to help fundraise for his lady by partnering with an NGO that is incorporated in the Diaspora. The partner NGO can adopt the lady's cause as its project, or Connect With Uganda can incubate with the Diaspora NGO and create a fundable project centered on helping this lady's family. I believe a lot of people all over the world will donate to her cause. Her children are growing up and many need school tuition and fees, clothing, etc. Let me know if Connect With Uganda needs help finding a partner NGO in the United States. In the meantime, how do I send a donation to the family now?
