I love these guys, humble and just masters at what they do.. I've been doing this for 12 years now learning and practicing scratching and I feel warm expressing how I feel in my scratch pattens live in clubs.. I wish more djs / producers started learning the history about djn
i never learned how to scratch bc i didnt really have any influence from other people up until a few years ago and ive taken this year to learn the basics and develop from there. im proud to say i have transforming, baby scratches and one clicks going. Beat Junkies are one of my inspirations for my scratching.
Wow! I don't think they play one record produced in the new millennium. That says a lot about the golden era classics. Nuff respect to the Beat Junkies, carry on tradition. Shout out to my man Evil D. One.
They are awesome. I think pushing buttons is ok. I spent hundreds of hours producing the sounds. So when I trigger that sample it's my hard work that made it.
@funkateer17 if you search for it john carluccio on youtube itll pop up battle soynds whole movie i believe. john actually works for dubspot as ive seen in past video credits, pretty cool.
Totally.. That, "I'm not hating.... but...." is kinda like that movie Taledega Nights, when Ricky Bobby goes, "With all due respect..." and is then proper insulting.
Dude buy vinyl online dude ...thats what I do. Most of the record stores here in Johannesburg jave closed down. So I mainly order from Juno or HardtoFindrecords
