I have recently graduated from a culinary academy and my dad’s black stone lays dormant, I really want to fire it up and use my culinary skills. Keep up the work CJ
Love EVERYTHING about this show! Because of this show, you guys have definitely made my mind up on buying a Blackstone. Dramatic pause................... SO YES! I'M BUYING A BLACKSTONE! Seriously though. Love you guys, love the show!
Didn't have a few ingredients for the sauce. I used a Don Pancho Cilantro Lime Crema, lime juice, & some ancho chili powder in the sauce. These turned out awesome!! Will definitely be on the rotation! So glad Blackstone has this channel. Just put ours together yesterday and cooked twice on it today. :) Love it!
I Feel that the Best thing about your show is that it is Unique compared to the others that makes it stand out. it was a SMART move on your part in a world where there are like 10,000,000 cooking shows. Good work Gentlemen
Hubby said these were the best quesadillas he's ever had. And he used to cook at a tex mex restaurant. I will regularly be cooking these for taco Tuesday.
No way?!? Yes!!! You just made my year! Thank you Elizabeth for sharing. Cheers to you and the family! I’ll for sure use this in comments of the week soon!
OMG. CJ....ur awesome. The chicken quesadillas? Unbelievable! Your neighborhood has a blast I'm certain. Also, what an outdoor man cave! I'm gonna make one! Longer, San Tan Valley AZ
The recipe on the link below didn't really go into detail of how to make the special sauce so I just mimicked what these guys did on the video and it turned out perfect bye just eyeballing by how much of what goes into what awesome video dough and awesome recipe
🎉 I love your show. I've had my Blackstone for several years. I got a bell for ring it and bring it wife thinks something wrong with me😂. love the movie clips. Wait patiently for new videos everyday
Did you say, 'Won't you be my neighbor?? Any houses for sale near your griddle?🤣 Another fun video and terrific recipe! You all are so cool, wish I was your neighbor... BTW, super cool @craftbrewgeek cups!🤩
Just got a small tabletop Blackstone griddle! I’m so excited to learn all the things! Made burgers w/ mushrooms and grilled onions tonight! They were a hit! ❤️
Love the show, I only have a 17” (size supposedly doesn’t matter 🤔) that I bought from Walmart when on holiday last year and packed it into my luggage to bring it back to Northern Ireland 🤙 Hopefully with @Blackstone UK launching I might be able to get something a wee bit bigger as some of your cooks aren’t always that practical on the 17” 😂
Supppp, hey I'm new to the Blackstone and just found your channel!! Man love the way you cook and the content is crazy cool! Keep the videos/recipes coming my wife and I enjoy the show and the food is killer!!! Ring IT....
What up Aaron! So pumped you found us bro! I’m gonna make sure to mention in the coming episodes on my “New Viewer” segment so be watching. And hopefully you stick around for more of the fun 😎🔔🔔🍻🍻 Ring it and bring it!

Gents, enjoyed the entertaining recipes - I am tasked to "bring it" with ambitions to prepare food like y'all do. I purchased a Blackstone 22 in grill, for our RV travels, and now I am tasked with the cooking! First, I am not a cook and usually bring the char to the table. I am looking for ways to bring it on my grill and any ideas that makes my family and friends looking for more. I spent over 41 years in the military, eating yard-bird during deployments, or disguise MREs as something you want seconds of. I am looking for simple, what spices to use, and how to bring it from the grill to the plate. Thanks for your entertaining videos! Jim
Jim, first off thank you for everything you’ve done to give us the freedom and life we have here. I’m so thankful for you. And second, I’m so pumped you found us and can have some fun with our shenanigans.
So, about 10 minutes before watching this video, my wife says.... "Have you watched Nathan's new video?" Me- "What are you talking about? Who's Nathan?" Wife- "Sorry, I mean CJ's new video, it looks really good!" Me- *stares in disbelief* So it looks like I'm getting a divorce now.......keep up the good work guys 😢
Been watching Blackstone videos for a few years now, and CJ you are killing it! Sorry Nate but you are a distant third behind Blackstone Betty. Keep up the good work CJ. Love my original Blackstone 22 inch for camping and my Original Blackstone tailgater!.
I love your show, you, Nate and Ethan kill it every time! My only concern is that when you pick up your tongs to use them, I never see you give them a “test click”. How are you supposed to know they are going to work without giving them at least two test clicks? Anyway, keep up the good work and I’ll keep watching for those “test clicks”. Lol.
Love watching your videos. Enjoy the movie references. Please back your hand off the blade and onto the handle. It’s too easy for a finger to slide under the sharp blade.
quesadillas should be a food group. I was worried that I overextended myself with a 36-inch Blackstone but you have shown me that there are so many variations to cook on every recipe that I can go on for months without repeating my cooks. Rock on and ring it and bring it.
Super, because of you guys I'm buying chicken thighs in bulk. You both create so many good recipes for the griddle and the sauce ideas just keep coming. The format of the show, got it rollin, keeps getting better.
I think you could be misinterpreting Brannen's comment. They just didn't finish the commnet because it is understood, "unlike Nathan does during CJ's show."
Too much sideshow bob... aka fluff for me. It shouldn't take 20 minutes to show us how to make a quesadilla. Maybe decide if you want a cooking channel, or a comedy channel.
