My father had a Volvo 740 back in 1992 when i was 16 my sister used it as her wedding car that year it was a beautiful silver machine . used to love going for drives in that car with my Dad

another fun thing with sweden is that the ice on some lakes are up to 1m (about 40 inches) thick, that means that you can drive cars on it, and its even more fun to take out a tuned volvo 740/940 on the ice :)
Pretty cool! I love my old stock 740 turbodiesel. 1985, 400000km and still going strong. So easy and cheap to fix. And great fun to drive especially in winter.
Your 740 turbo is still a fast car ;D a friend of mine has a 740 turbo stock, and he drove from a bmw M5 yesterday xD you should consider yourself lucky, i only got a 740 GL xD =)
Nice controlled driving. Always good to see someone that can actually handle a bit of power in a professional manner! Not sure about drifting past people on a public road though, but nice driving anyways! =)

ofc you can tune a Volvo and / or change motor like you can with almost all other cars, and the cool thing about scandinavia aint how the car looks, its how the car goes and how good the driver are! thats why its awesome
