I’ll never forget how hyped my friend was for anthem. He even went and pre ordered the like $120 super ultra deluxe edition before the beta came out. And I told him not to because he hasn’t even played it yet but he was so sure it was going to be good. And boy was he wrong

This is really one of the only upcoming games I have EVER been excited about. Every time I watch game trailers from E3 or something I enjoy them but Anthem was the only one I genuinely was so glad to exist. Now I am $80 more poor than I want to be and not much to show for it. Makes me sad :/

I put hundreds of hours into the older games. I played crackdown 3 for like 15 minutes because I saw it was free on the xbox pass, and promptly deleted it off my system. The game honestly isnt even worth finishing the tutorial if that says anything to describe the abomination.

I honestly don't know why people thought that game would be good. Just look at what Sumo Digital did with LBP3. Game is full of bugs and game-breaking glitches to the point that you can't play for a couple minutes until your profile gets corrupted, and then you have to delete your saved data.

Flight was really cool and the javelins looked cool from what i played in the beta camera was below average and bullets and skills felt weak otherwise incredibly bad story was shitty and everything else was just sad

The issue I had was that there were so many bugs. Even like 2 months after launch every time I got frozen I would just glitch out. Also the loading screens were terrible! Not to mention that for every like 10 loading screens 2 or 3 of them were infinite. Also, it was just boring. It felt too easy or too hard, there was no just right feel.

I'ma go ahead and say Anthem should still take the spot. At least Bethesda is trying to shit out SOMETHING for Fallfuck 76 and didn't just upright abandon it. They are aware it's bad and they have even memed it themselves. I'd say that earns them a 1up versus that one head honcho over at BioWare who said they were going to make Anthem "unmemeable." Entire game is a fucking joke.
