God bless Misty! I was an addict for 18 years. All I cared about was drugs, I started having heart problems but continued to use. I started going to church and started a relationship with the Lord and finally got clean. I take care of myself and my last stress test showed amazing improvement. I've been clean for over 6 years now. I pray Misty continues to grow in her recovery and finds peace.

I saw a man violently shaking on the side of the road, he had blood on him and was vomiting while eating a tub of ben and jerry’s with his teeth (his face was inside of the container.). scleroderma and lupus too, she was poor, sick, and homeless for a long time too so no wonder why she turned to drugs (which she has been sober from for 4 years if she hasn’t relapsed since the last update I’ve seen of her. Also the drugs didn’t affect her looks, mainly the scleroderma did)

Her appearance was from drugs as it says in the article not from her cancer. However if anyone has anything to correct me with please.
She had bone and had meth progression. When you search her up there was a video explaining the truth of Misty Loman. She did in fact take drugs, as stated in the description: 3 years of sobriety this weekend. I dont think he should have used this woman as an example, but it shows what meth can still do, but because she had bone cancer we can never know.
@@jaf5569 She had scleroderma and other conditions, as well, and continued to deteriorate after she got off drugs. Her conditions were also not discovered, because no doctors did tests until she was in recovery and still worsening. They just assumed it was effects of meth. This was also a case of discrimination and denial of medical services. I don’t think it can be assumed that meth caused her deteriorating condition, because there are too many confounding factors, including receiving no treatment at all.

Anyone who’s on the Internet should know this woman was extremely sick with cancer and various other ailments. She was a beautiful person and still is. She has one of the biggest hearts you can find in a person and will do whatever she can to help anyone. She is now sober and has been for over a year, maybe 2 years now. She has overcome her addiction and gotten her life back together as much as one possibly could that has lost so much in her life. She is well aware of the mistakes she has made in her past and has been doing everything possible to make a better life for herself. She has been given a 2nd chance to have a better life than she was living. Losing 3 kids would take a toll on anyone who loved their kids unconditionally. You should really do some research about the shit you post before you post it because its bs like this, that is a constant reminder to her of how cruel people can be when they know absolutely nothing about someone or the situation that lead to what they assume. Shame on you for making videos about people you know nothing about. This is actually a form of cyber bullying, that can trigger someone to spiral back down a path they never intended on taking again. She needs prayers to continue on the path she is now on in the right direction and continuing to be a better version of herself everyday. You should try some empathy because you could need some of it one day and want people to understand the situation you find yourself in.

It’s been pointed out that her appearance is attributed to a combination of a skin condition and bone cancer… but even if her appearance was strictly from drug use (and it’s not), taking pictures of people suffering from addiction and that are in a low point in life, and using them to clout chase and turn into entertainment is one of the most disgusting things imaginable to me. Please report this video as misinformation. This woman used to be a drug addict, but she has a genetic disease which caused the deformation’s in her face. There are other mug shots out there that show the degradation in someone as they continue on the path of using Very destructive drugs such as methamphetamine. This woman is now clean, has battled cancer, and has her life together. She deserves prayers, not ridicule.
Last I heard, she was sober and also suffers from a connective tissue disorder…..she also has children so, it would be kind to take this down. Just my opinion.

She turned to drugs as a coping mechanism to deal with the pain. Yes she was a drug addict for years and was arrested for possession. It was a sheriff who posted her mugshots that then went viral. However, besides a drug addiction she also has been battling with bone cancer, lupus and scleroderma . You never know whats going on in someones life. Drug addiction is not the only struggle in this womans life. Its wrong to just assume drugs alone did this

It’s not horrible, it’s a blessing and it saves lives. In my country everything is sealed, and because violent criminals and sex offenders are punished with slaps on the wrist they can just relocate and start the cycle from where they left it, with a clean slate and the communities they victimize being none the wiser! Just when I went through he'll its happening all over. I've been clean off drugs going on 2 years and addiction got me again. "SCROLLING ". I WAS able through hard work physically and mentally to build a healthy lifestyle. Paying bills, saving and tkob. BUT just like that it's gone.i mean I wasn't even aware I shoulda told my sponsor all that money wasted on books, hours of research yet nobody has ever caught what's literally the drug right in front of us. Its awful to do this to this woman and not clarify she had severe health issues. I was an addict for around 12 years and I know what drugs can do to a person, both mentally and physically. Luckily, I wasn't into meth which typically has the worst effects. There are plenty of examples of the physical deterioration from drugs you can use without using/ exploiting a woman battling cancer on top of battling her addiction. I have been clean for nearly a decade but all I can think about is how f'ed up it would be to be clean all this time and then see a video of myself online at my absolute worst years later for absolutely no reason other than a POS with no empathy or consideration looking to get views.
Exactly😂 and entirely agreed . knowing that my knowledge in psychology is decent I can defend that with an extra paragraph or a few, let's say the person's psychological state is not in the best condition even after they have managed to come clean and you made the video and they happen to see it You yourself as the person who made the video could have caused a relapse with that person or probably did due to the fact that the main reason why people use drugs in the first place is to have fun or most of the time and I'm talking a little over 55% of the time it's to help psychological disorders or sometimes physical pain of any kind Meaning that if they have that psychological disability they're still kind of sensitive even with emotions and if they see that they might have an overreaction and or just react that way kind of regardless . Drs ignored her and blamed drugs. She is lucky to be alive. The real warning here is that Drs will ignore other diseases that people have if they can blame it all on drugs like you just did.
