If it doesn't, I reconsider buying it. I've discovered that while some items may seem appealing in the moment, they often lead to emotional clutter. Therefore, I now carefully consider my purchases, ensuring they contribute positively to my self-care journey and overall well-being. This intentional approach to spending money has not only saved me financially but has also enriched my life in ways that material possessions never could.
