@@HelenSmith-x8n I've had someone push both pawns like this, and someone recently who literally pushed every pawn on the queenside once forward, that is literally 200 elo level play
@@HelenSmith-x8n wtf youtube ate my reply, it was alot of different ones i had to endure, there were one that pushed both flank pawns, one that pushed all queenside pawns once forward, and one recently at 1500 that pushed all his pawns as much as he could without blundering, thankfully i won that one but it was quite a battle
Don't know what that first guy was smoking. I think 1 f3 or 1 g4 is technically the worst first move according to the fish, because it opens up a diagonal straight to the king.
20:31 You need try and analysis better. Why the knight move is a blunder. Stockfish want you to sac the knight but we need to understand why? Why not just capture the pawn with the knight?
Move 22 Bb7 looks like it gives up a whole bishop to Rd7+ but luckily you can go Kf6 and it's just a trade. Think this was a bit fortunate! Otherwise, the video contained glorious absolute destruction as always.
@@dougstewart6461 alright corneredchess played the pirc defense a total of 558 times with the black pieces, the scotch opening 310 times with the white pieces MOST (not all) of his recorded games are either pirc or scotch i dont think the pirc suits his playstyle
