New subscriber! I only started working out 2 years ago (at age 55) and focusing on body mechanics and mobility, so it's very helpful to observe the body mechanics on someone else! I'm having lots of "oh! THAT's what's happening with my body!" moments watching these videos. As painful and awkward as it may be to make these, please keep making them! And I'll check out the online coaching diet plans soon.

This seems quite similar to issues I've had over the years as well, which are only semi-addressed. Definitely going to be watching this again to pick up additional context on the pre-hab tips, but honestly I'm wondering if I should simply spring for a session with Mytchal when I'm in the UK in October. Great stuff.
As soon as Lex hopped on the bench, can literally see Sir Mitchell of the Ram having a Vietnam flashback… I don’t know why, but I found that way funnier than I should have. I was literally laughing for about five minutes straight.
As a fellow pro. I could recommend a massage gun and a few lighter elbow passes to “ warm” the muscle up first while prone. Give in a minute break and it will be much less tender to work on and in my experience less sore the next day. Love the videos!
Watching your videos has made me realise my lower back pain is actually coming from my knee and hip being twisted. A few stretches and my back pain is gone.
Lex, I'm so jealous of you right now. I would love to have him work on my muscles like that. I have only found 1 good place to go and it is 30 min drive in stressful traffic. By the time I get home I am just as tense as I was before the massage. I really want to take a 2 week vacation to see Mytchel.

I wish this was available in Kentucky. I have crps in my right foot and ankle so i have to use a crutch 24/7 and it has caused so many issues for me. My entire body is out of square

I have this same issue. I have to lay with a softball right in that tfl area, then I roll the IT band. My glute feels like it's constantly activated. It hurts so bad to walk sometimes, and my psoas is super tight too😢😮💨
People that complain and make all that noise while being treated have never had real pain. Its not the pain... its because you dont know what's happening and what to expect. I was in a car accident and broke my legs in 11 different places and I know pain. Treatment like this is not pain in any way. Its all about you trusting that this is ok and will not hurt you and than you will get through it. And remember to breath and relax (I know its hard but it makes the treatment even more effective).
How would he treat Achilles pain due to a tear when you were told it was a sprained ankle and so you walked on it for 6 weeks and now you’re in a cast and looking like a 75% chance of surgery and your hips are knackered? 😂
Enough with the massage shit! Show us your new life as a dad, videos of your workouts routine what has changed before having a baby, Your diet, , MMA stuff if you’re still doing that. But NO more massage shit…
