Bro I had this done about a year ago. It's a lot of pain but it's definitely worth it. I cussed down that clinic like you wouldn't believe. What more is that my therapist walked in looking so innocent but she really put me through it. And it's true, afterwards my posterior chain felt really light. All the pain that I had felt for years disappeared.
I think it's important to put your back pain into context. Is it pain or stiffness? Does it hurt all of the time or just certain times? What triggers the pain/stiffness? How did you injure it? What have you done prior to this session to correct it?
This is exactly what my SO. Unfortunately he refuses to go to a PT. He's been in pain for 30 years. I don't know how he's still standing. I'm now helping him slowly with very light dynamic stretching. I'd be too afraid to do this to him because Im not licensed but this would be great for him.
This kind of treatment is like giving the tldr version of your pain or discomfort you'll get in the long run if you let this problem linger. It's painful but get the job done
I know this is helping you in the long run and you are sharing with us how helpful this process is but I must admit it’s good entertainment as well I am just like he is in pain but those sounds...it’s Really Funny
OMG for 1month now I've been experiencing massive pain running from my lower back to my knees. What hurts me the most is that y'all are in SA and am in Kenya.
@@immortalgold777 actually I think it's worse than "sh*t", but really close, if we use this word, all grandmas on street turn around to see, who said it.
Lots of things cause it but the most common cause is sedentary living. Sitting is worse for you than smoking because it weakens your abdominal muscle and your deep spinal erectors making the healthy S shape of your spine curve into more of a C-shaped nerd hump. At the bottom of this C is your lower back which is supposed to be gently kypotic. This puts HUGE strain on your PSOAS and your Illiosacral junction (the binding point between your illium and sacrum which girdles your pelvis and stabilizes your entire body). This progressive deformation radiates out as the rest of your body tries to compensate. I'll leave it here.
Most common causes for back pain it's mainly from bad feet, wearing the wrong shoes that dont offer lumbar support, and a person's weight. If you have a heavy gut then your spine will be out of balance causing more lower back pain. Curvature of the spine, and sciatica can cause lower back pain as well
Bro, I got this Mexican dude, he does this and the guy is amazing. He used to charge $25 for an hour session, then all the athletes in town found out about him by word of mouth, the guy now charges $40. He could charge $50-$80 I’d still go. It’s impossible to get an appointment a month out before the towns half marathon because all the runners have him booked.
Maybe off the topic. But I have problems with ulnar nerve in my right hand - similar to rsi. When i try to message spot between trips and biceps I feel a lot of trigger points. Do you think this could help me?
Is this place in America or Canada. I googled it but got multiple results D: I am hoping go find a place that can fix my shoulder. I live in Ontario Canada.
Prevention better than cure. Find out why there is pain. Weight training without sufficient warm up and cool down can cause many muscular and skeletal problems . Do some tai chi or yoga. Looks like a case of using too much weight. Whats the point of a body that looks Good but is a wreck on the inside. You're going ti have crippling pain in twenty or thirty years time if you continue with your present regime
Yea just like deep tissue massage or reflexology... they work to relieve stress, pain, tension, to increase circulation , flush out toxins, etc but these practices are only temporary. They dont cure nerve damage, actual injuries or heal the person's body. Once a person starts doing these more intense procedures you have to keep getting them done.
