@@Nicxon_02 I mean, Robert wasn't. He and the woman who I don't know the name of were the only two treating the guy with respect. Admittedly, Robert more than her, but still.
Please keep the shark tank videos coming! Always miss atriocs streams but i watch every vod and get sad when i hear he had a shark tank stream since its the only content i cant rewatch
What the actual hell was that negotiation about the bars? Why did they all seem like they wanted to antagonise and shoot him down so badly? So strange, but just reality TV I imagine?
i feel like they wanted to test him. they noticed he had charisma and was a strong character. they arent usually dicks to sensitive people or people that are nervous, but they noticed he could handle it. thats my guess.
If somebody's telling you your business idea is bad but isn't immediately pulling out it means it's not bad at all and they just want to improve their potential positions
“When I started out there weren’t 5 competitors that owned 100% of the market.” “When I started out I had 1000 competitors!” Uhhhhhh.... yeah. That’s the point. It’s easier to win a free for all against 1000 others like you than to be an easily swatted fly buzzing around 5 battling giants.
Yea its great that she made it out with money but mr.wonderful was correct. The sportswear industry is insane and there’s no room for a new competitor. His problem is that he couldn’t see that if she became big enough one of the other companies would just buy her out.
@@the_good_fam7873 He could see that, you didn't hear him say "and for that reason I'm out" did you? He saw that possibility, he just also realized in a situation like that there is always a big risk of going to zero before you make it big enough to get bought out.
@@the_good_fam7873 yeah but he has enough money that it isn't worth risking his money that could potentially all be lost by the brand going bankrupt just to reach the end goal of being bought out. being bought out like that doesn't make nearly as much money than if your company was in it for the long run
We have dragons den in the UK where everyone is pretty polite and seeing these shark tank clips is crazy, it must be exhausting watching US TV where everyone is at each others throats 24/7.
@@Pablo360able exactly. UK kitchen nightmares is pretty much a bunch of short documentaries where gordon genuinely tries to help the business, while US kitchen nightmares is insane drama and him screaming. just shows how dramatized US media is
@Brandon Shen are you for real? Most of these people were born into wealth. Billionaires aren't getting taxed at all. And how would the country change if billionaire were to be actually taxed like they should be. What you say is bs. You live in a fantasy world were you think that only ambition makes success. Your pfp shows that. Come back in 5 years when you are an adult and have grown out of your delusions.
@@Gashdal Wage Income or Business Income? I believe you mean Wage Income, in which case it was just for show, because no one "earns" 10 million a year, which was the income that triggered the 90% tax rate iirc, no doctor or lawyer makes that much money in a year, that kind of money is all through business and stock income. What really matters is how much they taxed businesses, that's where the billions and trillions are.
Atrioc, do you want to know why they were so combative? it's because they actually believed in his product, but they wanted to outright own it. In negotiations that's a stratagy where you make a person fear that without you they will fail, then you dangle bait in front of them to do insane deals that would take all their control away.
Yeah, if you sit back and think about it, they were basically saying "hahaha this is such a dumb idea, OMG, I want to pay you money so I can own it. So stupid!"
I am actually on border with the fizz and I'm not being funny. I love root beer floats but they always seem to not have enough ice cream or enough soda and I feel like this solves the problem, that being said its not a profitable business lol
@@sparki9085 With root beer floats in a normal cup the fizz is so intense that you really can only get about a quarter of the cup's volume in soda before it's overflowing with foam. By separating the root beer from the ice cream you can have a full bottle of soda to drink through as only a small amount of it will fizz up at a time, and the ice cream won't be diluted as it only needs to infuse a small amount of soda at a time.
This product is already several amusement parks and venues. Way better than dots. Was at the NBA allstar game in 2023 and is a staple at the Jazz games as well as movie theaters.
The float thing could have been a good product if it was something sold at gas stations/festivals with ice cream already in it... Like you go in and buy a 20oz drink, and ice cream in a cup that you can screw on so you have a quick, easy float...
Yeah, I'd probably get something like that. In order to get a float most of the time you need a machine that needs to be maintained or someone to scoop ice cream, and a big freezer designed for it. However with these you can just throw them in with ice cream sandwiches and stuff.
@@tyrelljordanpillay It's the abbreviation for ounce which is a measurement of volume commonly used for prepackaged drinks... It is the equivalent of roughly 0.6 liters... 20oz bottles are usually what is soda is sold in at convenience stores and from vending machines in the US...
srsly the shark tank people are so self absorbed it's insane, i gotta wonder when someone's mentality switches from typical middle class citizen to rich asshole
It is slightly insane that anyone gets any amount of entertainment from watching billionaires relentlessly shoot down entrepreneurial working-class startups begging for scraps at the table. Intuitively, we shouldn't be the target demographic. I guess this is the same psychological phenomenon that made the gladiator pits wildly entertaining; we picture ourselves as the shark/gladiator, even though us the slaves are the ones being killed.
@@Sky_Guy Gladiators were slaves, and I'm pretty sure it would be more like wrestling than shark tank. Also Im pretty sure the sharks play up their personalities for TV, although they most likely are still huge dicks off screen.
@@Sky_Guy 1. They’re not all billionaires 2. I like to see the wacky start up ideas people have 3. I like to see how people present under pressure (lord knows I would fold) 4. I enjoy the updates down the road when starts up are successful with the investment 5. Also love to see the start ups prove everyone wrong 6. Generally the people that watch reality tv are somewhat into mean-spirited personalities
I will say the fizz sounds like an insanely good idea for like carnivals and festivals where theres just junk food at everycorner for sale that's made to be as unhealthy as possible or easy to walk with
I actually think The Fizz would be a good idea if it came with the I scream in it. Normally, floats are something you can only have when you’re home, but if it came in the container you can have it on the go.
Those guys have made 10,000,000 and gave half that away for 50,000 dollars. The first photo is of them with her and they look so unhappy with the result
This video is dope, “cry me a river” fucking cracked up, I’m cracking up, “ I’m being a greedy little big “ why the fuck do they need the formula, I could beat all the sharks, sharks??? Who tf is that???
SHARK tank? The FIZZ? Notice a trend? Atrioc clearly created shark tank 13 years ago just so we could watch it together on stream, a man with dedication to the craft
I really don’t get the sharks ridiculous obsession with bundling products with other products. Have they heard of Amazon, or eBay, or Etsy, or literally any online sales platform. In the current market place it doesn’t make sense to go to a ice cream company and try to convince them to bundle your products with a tub of ice cream. it’s a gadget that most people buying ice cream won’t use but people that like ice cream floats would probably use, and especially parent would love these as a gadget to keep their children from making a sticky mess. It always annoys me when they take a product or a market category that is in no way enhanced by bundling and use the fact that it can’t be bundled as a downside
0:10 That doesn't sound like people that already have a company, it sounds like a random dude works up there and goes like: "Hm okay...how about this one?" And I would actually watch the "Random-product-pitch-impro-Show"
“Look, for those of you who are new, lemme explain to you what an Elusive Product™️ is. Basically, you have one chance, one opportunity to convince the four targets that your product isn’t absolute garbage. You won’t know what product you’ll be selling until you get in there, so you will have to think on your feet to complete the mission. Once you complete the pitch, there will be no going back, so make sure you’re ready before committing.” - Atrioc “Pitchman” 47
Bro this is my first youtube video from this creator I would love to know how many companies has this genius creator invested in? If its 0 then his advice is equivalent to a guys telling girl childbirth is easy
The element bar guy is a legend. To keep that level headed and stay up to bat when the sharks are being dicks like that, that is impressive as hell. Personally I would've been firing back at them XD Huge props!
I only have 5 competitors...Nike addidas underarmour...woah woah woah you realize each of these giants are big enough they could push you out of business the second you were on their radar.
Hey atrioc really enjoy your videos I was wondering if you could do a ranking of all the soulsborne trailers or cinematics from a marketing standpoint, thought it was an interesting idea.
Perhaps Kevin is just so big brain that he knew belittling her on the show would make everyone watching want to see her succeed, leading to ppl wanting to buy her product.
