You can actually very very situationally shoot above and forward tilt the opponent into it... It still doesn't kill. Just looks cool.

Oh ye I forgot to mention that, it also works with a couple other moves like side b but it's not practical most of the time

I'm a Jr. main, it's not even close to worst. its very helpful for edgeguarding because the hitbox is out for a while and is pretty big, and remains active when it falls so it can hit opponents below the stage. It does a lot of damage to shields so it can be used into baiting your opponent into jumping over it, which is very predictable.

I understand why you'd think that, but usually we can't even punish the opponent for the jump directly due to the end lag that cannonball has so you have to predict what they land with which is a lot harder especially cuz most landing aerials are extremely hard to punish. But that's just my opinion on it, thanks for the comment

Two things...how did this get in my recommended. And two, how does his video have such small views and likes despite it containing quite useful information for Bowser Jr mains or Bowser Jr players in general. PS: When I sometimes pick Bowser Jr, I never use canon ball in general because it's just....no...

Nah, gordo is much worse. Long startup, can be reflected by anything, only 50% chance of sticking to ledge

I feel like in a vacuum maybe but Dedede can still inhale his gordo for mix-ups and it has much better frame data. Either way both projectiles are pretty bad haha
