The air quality in Northern Utah may be the WORST thing about living here! Utah’s geography, cold/snowy winter months, and growing population are big contributors to Utah’s bad air quality. Utah is a great place to live but those who have respiratory difficulties may have a more difficult time during high pollution days. Luckily, high pollution days make up only about 10% of the days during the year so 90% of the year you can breathe easy.
US News and World Report just came out with their rankings for the Best States and ranked Utah as the #1 State in the county! So, even though the air is not great during parts of the year, overall, Utah is an amazing place to live. (www.usnews.com/news/best-stat...)
