That was actually a parody of AI generated content. It was made some guy about 5 years ago and even now there isn't a neural network good enough to come up with those kinds of jokes
I remember a story where a psychiatrist was treating survivors jokers gas attacks and they said they were scared to get surgery to fix their scars because he might be watching them and will be mad if they get fixed. At the end of the story the Joker scars the psychiatrist implying he really was watching the victims the whole time.
wow. u are is be grammar so much Seriously, use periods, commas, and proper punctuation. I don’t have to have a headache when I read people’s comments.
My gripe with Joker is his plot armor. It's as thick as the source wall. 100% of the GCPD can't all be good cops. Not one cop said "enough from the clown" *BANG* blows Joker's brains out
Everybody always talks about the plot armor Batman and Joker have but like so does every fictional character. Even characters that kill like the Punisher don’t kill their main villains. Idk, yeah it can get ridiculous sometimes but that’s all comics imo. I think one thing that’s underrated is his intelligence. He’s easily top 5-10 smartest humans in the DC Universe.
@@JamaalDaGreatestalmost everyone has some level of plot armor but the joker rarely gets what's coming to him and almost always gets the last laugh. It's frustrating how he will tear some poor innocent bastard apart only to get punched out and thrown in arkham when he inevitably breaks free again. It's vicious cycle that I feel weakens Batman as a character. There isn't an ounce of humanity in him and the longer he's alive the worst his crimes will be.
Joker is kind of an escape artist, any crooked cop that tries to shoot him would end up getting shot 😅 I kinda feel only Batman or another rogue would have a chance at killing the Joker (or anyone with superpowers, really).
7:53 the 180 degree emotional turnaround from 'here is batman being fed to vultures in a sick torture method" going all the way to "here is superman as a dog 🐶" was whiplash and some hilarity
What the Joker did in "The Nail" was completely unforgivable. Killing Robin and Batgirl and forcing Bruce to watch it was monstruous af. I cannot blame Batman for killing him once he got released
@@youtubestudiosucks978he didn’t actually assault batgirl, the creator himself clarified it in an interview. He just took pictures of her to torture Commissioner Gordon with.
@@jacobgraham8363 does that actual sound like something the joker would do? Gordon already has to see similair pictures on the daily so 1 extra pic wouldnt matter, he had to make it personal to really make it affect gordon.
I feel bad for the way Joker tried to kill Harley just because she wanted to impress him, but I have to admit the line "If you have to explain a joke, THERE'S NO JOKE!!!" was relatable af
I can't even imagine what Tim felt when he was kidnapped by the Joker. Taking into account that Drake in the 90s mainly faced comical and absurd villains, like Cluemaster or Ulysses Hadrian Armstrong, suddenly having to see how far the cruelty of one of DC's most disturbing villains could go had to shock him deep down.
I think writers trying to "one-up" the previous Joker story by having him do something increasingly monstrous is ironically turning him into the thing he hates most: boring and predictable. Which is a lose for everybody, imo. I'd rather he go back to being a funny clown who robs banks with gimmicks or gets into wacky antics, because you can do a lot more with that kind of Joker. I'm even okay with increasing his overall supervillain competency by making him rival Batman in combat and gadgetry as extra justification as to why other villains don't off him immediately. Maybe he has a genuine change of heart and decides to just do "normal" crimes and pay his henchmen like a regular criminal. Just so long as he stops with the cliched torture games.
Real. My favorite joker well always be the batman brave and the bold he was a prankster but still can be pretty threaten but most of all actually funny. But sadly writers just want to make him literal satan
Yeah this is why I can’t get into as many comics anymore. The balance of fucked up/funny/anarchic is completely gone and it’s all about “how disturbing can we make the joker”. It’s exhausting and makes the character feel hollow
The only thing more sickening than the Joker, is the depths on darkness you have to go through just to write it. I’m truly curious of how writers come up with these “fictional” concepts. Let alone draw the panels to match.
Not hard actually. I think about things like this everyday. Also, just read about daily crimes committed every single day by real people. Just look at humanity for inspiration, switch up a few things and boom! You have a dark graphic novel. 🤷🏻♂️my mind goes to darker places than this 😂😅
"Evil" is one of the funnest things a creator can create. You hear about writers and actors and such talk about how much fun it was to write/play the bad guy. Or like what the other guy said "it's not that deep".
Writing 'horror' (basically just torture porn lmao) when I was younger was actually really beneficial for me in dealing with intrusive thoughts, so maybe thats where some of them get their inspiration from. I had a month long fixation on the idea of using a cheese grater as a torture device when I was like 10, writing a crappy story where that happened let me walk through the actual act and the consequences of it enough that my brain finally lost interest. It sounds weird but it really did help Violence in media is also really prevalent nowadays, so its a lot easier now for writers to basically just glance at whatever show is on in the backrgound and try to 'one up' it, but I'd bet the real original stuff was derived at least a little from some intrusive thoughts
He once (in a Deathstroke book of all places) helped an abused little girl just because she'd been his penmate, no strings attached. There's also this story in an 80th anniversary book where he helps the son of a henchman who was bullied because he acted like a weirdo. Joker just threatened everyone in his neighborhood to go to the boy's birthday party. In No Man's Land his gang saved an old war veteran from gangbangers and even though the man subtly insulted him to his face, Joker laughed it off, told his minions to clean the mess of the killed gangbangers, and left the veteran's house just taking his shotgun as some souvenir.
I really loved the adaptation of "Emperor Joker" in the "The Brave and The Bold". showlThe Silver Age version of Harley Quinn was a pretty creative part of it!
Joker is pretty close to the epitome of evil. I don't think he's the most evil, there are far worse things out there now, or to come. However, he does his damndest to prove otherwise.
Just wanna say, been watching your vids for a while and your consistency has just been growing and growing bro! By far my go-to comic/comics-related channel 🫡
Joker is yandere for batfurry. He figured out bruce wayne is batfurry in his first week and keeps sending bruce explicit pics of himself on the daily of which batfurry cant reply on as that would be admission of his identity.
There's a scene in an early script for the Batman (1989) movie where Joker uses Smylex on a baby during one of the commercials. It's off screen the baby just stops crying
*Fun fact:* Speaking of the horrible deaths of Robin and Batgirl in "The Nail", Selina decided to try to help a traumatized Bruce by disguising herself as Robin to cause a psychological reaction in him. Even though it didn't work, seeing Selina wearing Dick's green shorts was just 🥵👌
Joker needs a nemesis of his own that isn't Batman he needs a character that he has driven crazy and wants to hunt him down relentlessly the same way that he wants to hunt down Batman or play with Batman
“Gucky wucky” absolutely slayed me 😂 keep up the excellent work, mate! Also: I have a weird obsession with the idea that one video you’ll say “I’ll catch you on the flippity-dippity” instead of flip-side. I have no idea why, but I thought I’d mention it just in case 😉
Even tho it's minor compared to the other shit he's done I think one of the worst things he's done to Harley was getting her pregnant and then leaving her
When seeing the Joker and Harley Quinn’s relationship, Joker makes someone whose name I won’t mention but had a TV show named after himself, makes that someone look like that one boy in kindergarten who doesn’t like being around girls
I’m a little surprised that you didn’t mention his actions in the Batman Beyond - Return of the Joker flashback. I won’t spoil it for anybody who hasn’t seen the movie, but I distinctly remember seeing a portion of that scene when I was about 8 (not knowing what it was from) and being absolutely terrified by the imagery alone.
5:47 I love shots like these of Batman having human eyes and expressions, as it shows he’s still human like the rest of us and not just some stoic badass who always looks mad.
Hey mullet man you're probably not gonna pay attention to this comment but I was hoping you could make a video about jack 'O lantern from marvel he's a pretty underrated character and seeing you actually doing a video about him would be awesome ok that's all I wanted to say
7:41 "Why didn't anyone call in to save me" is a sick meta reference to how Jason's death was decided by a poll😭😂 It is sick and twisted but I do enjoy meta stuff
I loved the animated Brave and the Bold's Emperor Joker episode, where instead of getting wrecked, Batman uses his knowledge of the Joker to pull an insane win.
An interesting story they should do as Elseworld story is the Joker is k*lled but not by someone in the Batfamily or even a cop, but by a random person who just got scared and shot him. In this story, Joker doesn't get the last laugh as he dies alone in some back alley to a random gunman, not his mortal enemy and obsession or anyone he truly hurt and he's not smiling when they ultimately find him.
I don't think anything can beat Joker torturing Tim Drake, a young boy, into a twisted mini Joker in the flashback sequence of Batman Beyond: Return of the Joker.
I remember reading the story of the reporter whom the Joker psychologically tortured. for years, but I forgot what comic that it was in. Could you please name it?
Thank you very much for this entertaining video, I laughed quite a lot and many of those facts were new for me. Especially thank for my favourite and, IMHO, the most hilarious joke - the skulls of entirety of China!:D
I agree with a lot of people saying DC is straining suspension of disbelief by having the character be this cruel & dangerous yet no one is able/willing to kill him. I've said this before in another video post, but the whole kill him vs. letting him escape dilemma is stupid. There's all sorts of options to permanently take him out of action without killing him. There's that Justice League episode where the League turn into dictators, & Superman uses his heat vision to lobotomize all the villains at Arkham, including the Joker, turning them into docile, non-violent versions of themselves. Do we think Batman couldn't either pay Superman to do this just to the Joker, or figure out a way to do it himself? I also remember a fan fiction from years back where Batman sets up a CIA-style black site, takes Joker there, surgically removes all his limbs, sews his mouth shut, & pays some medical staff a few million a year to not only keep the Joker alive (changing his catheter, maintaining his feeding tube, etc) but to keep quiet about it. Best part was, Batman also plays video footage of him helping victims of the Joker recover, & things like these people moving on with their lives to get married, have/raise kids, graduate college, etc. Basically condemning him to have no option to anything but see how these people beat him & his sick game, how he utterly lost (because he never got Batman to "break" by killing him), every day until he dies of old age. These are just some examples, but it doesn't need to be super complicated or convoluted. Most versions of Batman has no compunction about giving criminals permanently-disabling injuries or enough head trauma to result in some pretty debilitating TBI. This is just the logical end of that spectrum, applied to a man who (the way he's now written) is a walking, laughing weapon of mass destruction.
Some people are commenting how writers are geniuses and crazy at the same time to come up with stories like this. Not really, I think about things like this daily. Hell, just read daily crimes committed by real people. Humanity are much darker than this 🤷🏻♂️
*Joker:* *whenever he does a thing* *Batman:* how many times do we have to teach you this lesson old man??? *Joker:* I love the young people! :D *Batman:* 🤦🏻♂
Why exactly is joker still being sent back to Arkham again and again. I mean I get why Batman doesn’t, but why hasn’t the government sentenced him to death. They’ve had him in custody several times but they still send him to Arkham.
Batman No Man’s Land, The Joker 2008, Batman Cacophony, Gotham City Central 12-15,Batman Confidential 22, Batman 2011 annual #3, JLA the nail #1, Batman Mad love and Emperor Joker. Readem up!
Like, something I dream of is making a comic about scarecrow. Making him thee most vile person out there who lives souley on pure spite and fear. This is what I want to top on making him a villain that would make joker sick to his stomach. That is my dream comic and this only helps me understand just how far I got to go to make him the most vile in dc
