Hi Claire, I have been doing some zone 2 running for my marathon training for Gold Coast Marathon. I found it much easier to stay in zone 2 running on the treadmill. You might want to give that a go.🤙🤙

Thanks for sharing!! But the beach though, I love my outdoor time. I really have noticed that the wind makes my heart rate raise up & that I tend to run faster past people then have to slow down again (inner show off!)
