Ahhh love that you shouted out TeeNoir. She doesn’t make the type of content that aligns with my demographic but I love watching her because of the way she structures arguments and the over-the-top production she has in her videos. Your videos kind of take on a similar approach but obviously with your own original and very innovative approach. I also really love how natural and conversational you sound in your videos, when I listen to your videos it sounds like I’m listening to a friend talk. I definitely seek to look into creating my own content in the near future but so far I just want to let you know that you are an amazing influence and a great creator. Keep it up Su & much love all the way from SA🇿🇦 ❤️
Yess tee is one of a kind! Love her videos! And thank you, i’m striving to approach my videos that detailed and thoughtful. I appreciate your kind words🩷🩷🩷
Congratulations on 50k. I really see it for you on RU-vid, your genuine and honest opinions are really refreshing and I like how you share your opinions with confidence. Keep it up 🔥🙏🏾
Thanks for the Patreon shoutout! I am happy to support and can’t wait to watch the community grow even further 🎉 Also Congratulations on getting 50K subscribers!! I love your thoughtful analysis, aesthetic and editing. Keep up the good work! 100K here we come!!
I know you may not get to my question and it’s late 😭, but I still have some questions nonetheless: 1. Do you think streaming will meet its demise in the near future? 2. What do you consider underrated? 3. Is listening music better through streaming, CDs, or vinyls? 4. If you could create a biopic on your favorite artist, who would it be and why? 5. Thoughts on losing the art of singing? 6. What are your takes on Gen Z and not respecting the legends and icons that came before their favorite artists? As a Gen Zer myself, I was grateful to be exposed to older music, so I gravitate towards that than what is currently out believe it or not. Idk.. I feel like people don’t know, don’t recognize, or really care about the people who came before, like for some Gen Z we lost the plot I fear..
1. A popular company would have to switch to one time physical copy sales (more work, less money). Consumers would have to either pay for shipping or go out to obtain physical media in stores. Furthermore, a device to play physical media would be needed to replace what is currently just a free downloaded application.
Imma answer these for you!! I’m still at work but I gotchu girl🩷 I’m also dropping an unpopular opinion video this Friday that addresses some of these things!
Congratulations 🩷 Here are some of my questions! 1. What era would you consider to be the best for RNB? 2. And what era would you consider to be the best for pop? 3. What era would you consider to be the best for music as a whole? 4. Who are your top 10 favorite female artists 5. Who are your favorite dancers/performers? Love you 🫶
1. Best RNB would be 90's. This is tough but I'll go with that answer. The passion, the lyricism, the vocals, storytelling. 2. The best for pop would probably realistically be early 2k. Even though in a video I said the 2010s (I have changed my opinion) This is a tough one though. I feel like 80's pop was pretty revolutionary. 3. Music as a whole may have to be the 70's or 90's. These are awesome questions and this is a tough answer. I think 70s music was rich, a lot of instrumentation (music being explored on all levels), dance and music very intertwined, great vocalists, fun music but also meaningful music, the sound was very defined and intentional, longer songs 4. Top 10 fav female artists (this is subjective) - Mariah Carey, Whitney Houston, Ariana Grande, Kehlani, SZA, Janet Jackson, Beyonce, Brandy, Britney , Kiana Lede 5. Favorite Dancers from a professional dancer standpoint are probably Sean Lew, Kida the Great, Sean Bankhead (choreography), Jojo Gomez (choreographs for Tinashe notably)
You and your channel are such rarities! Great insight, captivating editing, interesting topics, charisma, clear delivery, wit-a combo that’s hard to find in these YT streets. I’ve been so bored, uninspired, and lowkey annoyed by much of RU-vid and forums these days, but you’re the exception. Thank you for all that you bring! 🩵
This is such a heart warming message!🥹 I appreciate this because I really hope that is how my content translates. I appreciate your support so so much!!
I love your editing! It’s so on trend and honestly inspiring. Where do you get your creative assets for your videos? Do you use Adobe products or Final Cut? Love your channel and so excited to see your growth. Your channel is growing so fast 🥹
Thank you so much! I actually use Wondershare Filmora. And I subscribe to their creative asset packs. I also used Adobe Illustrator for some logos that I made but mostly Filmora

Love this video Have you ever thought to make a video about the eras of the artist ? like "The butterfly era of Mariah Csrey" "The Rhythm Nation era of Janet Jackson" "The Dangerous Era by Michael Jackson" Maybe it would be a great video by you You're the best 🌻
Congrats on reaching 50k what a huge milestone. I’ve always been such a huge fan of your content, it’s like a real and peaceful community to be apart of. Let’s continue to grind for that 100k. 🎉❤❤
This is so heartwarming! I really want to have a peaceful community where we can discuss, dissect and even if people disagree we still have great and productive conversations
@@OfficialTurboWorld My favorite dance movie is probably Honey with Jessica Alba. Then You Got Served and then Step Up 2! To be honest, I think the plot for dance movies became quite redundant for a while (the trained classical dancer vs. the hip hop dancer & then infusing the two) so I haven't had a huge itch for them lately. Someone would have to come up with something very different for me to have that hankering again. In the meantime, I always rewatch my fav dance films
THANK YOU for answering my blush question!! I have olive skin so I think those shades would work for me as well. (Your big orange boy looks a lot like my Sebastian!!)
Thank you for featuring my BET Awards 2024 question!❤22:25 Was your Grandmother a Soror of Delta Sigma Theta, Inc? I know a lot of them collect elephants.
I am currently listening to Mariah Carey's discography I have listened to Music Box,Daydream,Rainbow, and memoirs of an imperfect angel. What album do you believe I should listen too next ?
Thanks for these questions! 1) I use a google doc to document potential video ideas. I get most of my ideas from twitter discourse, topics in my comments based on maybe discourse people are having. I think collect evidence & bookmark posts and comments that apply to the video. And then I spend about a day or two writing my script which means collecting research, formatting the video, gathering images. And as for filming, I set up my ring light, have my notes up and film on my iphone for about an hour! 2) I use wondershar filmora to edit 3) Usually if you play very short music clips, it's not an issue w/ copyright. Or I change pitch or put royalty free music over top of those portions.
The community! the idea that more people are watching my videos and it's starting great conversation amongst people is what makes me most excited and makes me want to keep making content
