My favorite type of TE is one that can both block and catch well. Now we have two! Excited to see how we use them.

Very excellent analysis. Theo reminds me of a modern day warrior today's Mark Bavaro.

Amazing picks he took players opinions and got players who played one another or same teams special teams coach took the LB they was in college together but Theo will be the next Kittle

It's funny, you're thinking Theo & Daniel can block and open up opportunities for Devin & Tyrone, but after your video of Devin helicoptering people I was hoping he could help block & let Daniel get open. Poor guy's been stuck making up for our RT for a year now & could use some love.

In 2022 before he got injured I think was the best way to utilize Bellinger. He was really reliable in being the check down and getting the tough yards. Then in 2023 they just used him to block.

No bs, on another giant podcast I said his ceiling is Jimmy graham. You just added a new subscriber lol. I see we have similar views! 😂

I could see that. I see his ceiling as a Travis kelce light. Average and good enough at blocking but knows how to manipulate what type of DB is on him. He knows what to do against a safety, against a corner and against a linebacker. You have to approach each type of DB differently when running your route so I think his biggest obstacle will just be understanding who’s going to be on him pre snap. We’ll see what happens.

Do you believe Theo Johnson will beat out Daniel Bellinger?

Pumping him up. He straight-line speed with no twitch. Jahiem Bell could have been picked in 6th.Giants could have gotten Mo Kamara in 4th.

good athlete but below average college player. baking on his athletic profile and good coaching to turn him into an NFL caliber player but that rarely happens (not opinion, numbers dont lie). good 4th round pick i guess but no way anyone can count on Johnson being a starting caliber player anytime soon. Hope is not a tactic. But a 4th rounder is a 4th rounder. fans doing fan things, imaging a role for him that his play in college doesnt justify. the whole "he'll be better in the NFL" thing is just a fn folly and is the type of sht that scouts talk

What round were Kelce, Kittle, Waller, Graham, Witten, Andrews, Gates all drafted in... just to name a few? Hint: none of them were drafted in the first 2 rounds. Big time stretch to make that statement, not to mention he was criminally underused at Penn State. Not saying he's the 2nd coming, but let's be fair here.

Yeah, just like Brock Purdy.
@damienlahoz
@damienlahoz 20 дней назад
@@charleshammer2928 exactly! If NFL teams knew what they were doing he would have been a first round pick, not the last pick of the draft. Only person who deserves credit for brock purdy is brock purdy. Appreciate you

@@djisurfliokay and how many other players busted out compared to the sample size you just mentioned? And how many of those players you just mentioned slayed in college? Respectfully im not sure what im being unfair about. Hes a 4th round pick who didnt do sht in college. I like the pick becuse he at the least has some real elite athletic tools but thats it. Point is his film is not that of nfl starter so the expectations need to chill
@djisurfli
@djisurfli 19 дней назад
@@damienlahoz you missed the point, its that at certain positions very good players are frequently had later in drafts. Look at running backs now, very few if any are getting drafted above 2nd round now, typically 3rd and later (Achane was a 3rd last year). Tight ends are similar, you're saying 4th rd players are sht because teams didn't take them in the 1st or 2nd, life's not that simple.
