Hi Michael. Thanks for the video, I’ll be listening to this daily. I’ve messaged before on a few of your videos. I’ve been dealing with symptoms in a specific area of my pelvic floor for 2 years. Those symptoms stopped the other day and symptoms are now happening in a different part of my pelvic floor. This hasn’t happened at any point in over 2 years. They have completely stopped in one area and moved to another lol. This change comes not long after a solid commitment to mindbody work EG meditations, visualisations and evidence lists and really feeling the positive emotions from that. Some part of me can’t believe the other symptoms stopped but it’s gave me a tremendous amount of confidence. It’s an extinction burst for sure but I also wanted to get your opinion on this to see if this is something you or your clients have experienced.

Yeah, I have seen this many times over. You've got it "on the run now," this is a GREAT turning point. You have disidentified from being a sick person...the fear has lessened...keep walking forward like this. These are just sensations. The cause is not even physical. Amazing.

Hey Mike, I bought your program and I want to heal so much with you but I have a question.Can I do some postural exercises with your program, is it okay?

Hey! Welcome to the program. It's fine if you want to do some biomechanical exercises. But, if you think that posture is the primary cause of your symptoms it could create conflict within you. By all means, follow the Overcome program, relax your nervous system, calm your brain, and do things that are good for you...and, if you want to work on some biomechanics anyway, that's fine. And, if you need more assistance, please post in the Overcome community as you move forward, so that I can support you as your coach. Thanks!!

When 1 Si Joint is Too lose the pelvic floor gets tight, get pelvic stability to get rid of it. Gentle walking and Swimming
