He is talking about non duality. That is non separateness. Wholeness. Unity. Ive always questioned how he knows this is a fact as he often states it is. How he sees this as reality. There is no soul? Not necessarily no that is correct. That is as far as I might go with it though.

The "me" is living with me. So the me evolves with me over time, during my life span. We are all living in the stream. So the whole world share a single consciousness and mind/ brain. While being in the stream there can only be no insight or technologically partial insight. Seeing the way out of the stream is to have full insight. The person who sees this and have an insight into me, only can come out of the stream. That person will only know what love is in human relationship. .

@Buddhika P which brings me back to the conclusion that I can never attaint buddhahood. Buddhahood is achieved when I am annihilated. Consequently, it should be of no interest to me. That it will eventually happen whether I like it or not is a different matter. But I am done with living under the illusion that I am anything but a product of time.

In no way meaning this comment as some excerpt of what is being shared in the above video, but that if we try to 'hold on' to "the me", or in a way persist in that, there arises (or what) 'conflict'; not to so much "judge" this, but to see it and understand it... opens up an entire new wholesome lifespace full of natural compassion without any shadow, simply free from a heuristics of unnecessary suffering. 🤔The test or challenge, or such, then seems to be how we cope in situations of practical every day life once we are confronted with somebody persistent in holding on to "the me".

"In which that I have no regret that I haven't done it" The realization that in the process of occurrence of out most authentic selves, in the interaction of an objective through subjective projection states the manifestation of love. Outside of the occurrence- we are not of love, as we(our consciousness) is never in a permanent state. We may have and are the nature of love, but so does resides the same shape of all of our nature of our egos- envy, hate, insecurities, pain, suffering, kindness. -he breaks down the logic of consciousness through a transparent meta state of changes as a step by step process, rather than the way we perceive it in a fluid state of decision, automatic self agency. Which requires a constant repetition of deep stillness of one's mind, then re initiating slowly over and over again to recognizing the steps and conditions

Yes,when entire humanity is defining " me" based on their subjective understanding of this word,which makes it a lie,then,there is every possibility of that definition being impermanent.If this definition is based on the differences between one human being and another,again,it will not be permanent,as it is conditional.If however,we shift focus from definitions based on subjective differences,to what could be permanent,and identical,not only in human beings,but entire living beings,then,there is every possibility of " me" being defined objectively,without an iota of a reciprocal,which would make it the Absolute Truth.

We are impermanent me, we do not evolve in a sense where people look at physical achievements and what we present at a time having to go up and up constantly, it is unfolding of our purpose on earth through our own journey. People quite often either give too much emphasis on importance of people, self and desires or completely dismiss them and see them as unavoidable evil, see rather then people as all the same goung through similar so must be the "same" situations and numbers but both is unhealthy. A person needs a formed healthy self identity but they should not identify with their identity so firmly to believe they are that rock formed a certain way in a certain part of the earthly world. People need awareness, they do not need to get to something and achieve it thrn show it on social media for people to see and evaluate and say that person is this or that, it is that a person is present in the moment regardless what they show for people to evaluate, for mind to just preserve present moments and enjoy them, not just evolving based on people's opinions or not even that you do but people look at tangible things they notice or ser in the physical or social media but everybody has their own journey sent by the Universe.

You can't just go up to someone and say "stop talking to yourself" itll just become an idea. "Why would I stop thinking? I gotta think about what to think about later? Things need to be done on schedule right?" Another moment will arise where you need to think about what you're gonna do, or what that person said, or how they said it? Maybe they could be foolish or wrong🤷‍♂️ usually youre right. Right? Gotta think those thoughts. Divide everything up, he's spiritual, he's religious, he's a nut. Maybe when someone is speaking to you you have to incorporate your idea of what would otherwise just be a "speaker" now he's "that" person whatever it is you feel in the backround of what you'd call "listening" now there aren't just words but there's that person who is this and that who's saying those things that are associated with those ideas I see him with. As though the image you proclaim as being away from you and connected to another is them and you are you. When you and them are the same. The one who sees images apart from them is in fact the image itself.
