i love when people say that this stuff is taken out of context. i highly doubt that they cut out parts where they say "this is totally not something we do, but let me act out as if we were because its roleplay night" or something
Not only that O'Keefe always releases the full tape. Can't say the same for the MSM, but these people will still blindly believe them while calling O'Keefe a conspiracy theorist. 😂
at this point, just say it regardless because they don't care about you anyways. they'll use you and throw you away even if you do as the overlord of racist disney says!
A lot of people are downplaying it or saying white people have it coming. Basically mocking white people for being upset about being discriminated against. This is being a white man in our current culture, you aren't allowed to express how people are discriminatory towards you. You aren't allowed to express how bad your life has been. It will be downplayed or you will be told "oh no! Are the white people going to be ok?!"
I get that she is leading. However, I don’t think he’s telling a lie. He’s absolutely telling the truth about Disney. Anyone that can’t see that is 100% blind. It’s been crystal clear for years now.
Has anyone seen full clip for context? If they’re talking about hiring a white person to play a black roll then that makes sense. Context is everything here and it’s a short clip.
Asmon called this hidden cam unethical. This is investigative journalism! Do you not remember what real journalism looks like? Hidden cameras and mics were often used in real journalism since waaay back.
So? It's still a hidden camera filming people without their consent, in fact, by nature only, this act is no different from you putting a camera in a WC filming people half naked, hence, Unethical However, not all unethicals are unlikable, I can steal money from a dictator and share it to the poorest people of a nation, that's unethical but beloved. This here, this golden piece of interview here is the same
Exactly. She wasn't divulging his personal info, like asking "do you liked to get pegged?", she was asking explicitly about diesney, and disney's racially motivated hiring practices. It's true that he is being unethical by divulging company dirt as means to get laid, but that's not on the journalist, or that the journalist is unethical by revealing this info since it's clearly in the public ineterest to do so. Also, he chose to do it, and it's really weird to argue, that you shouldn't have the right to record/publish it, or that it was unethical, because his goal allegedly was just to get laid, like what are we talking about here?
I agree with Asmon here.. It's the same as going on a date with someone with the sole intention of getting a free meal. This employee is still a human being at the end of the day and they're just tricking him to get a story out. Maybe it'd be another thing if he's the one who is responsible for all this DEI stuff but it doesn't sound that way. Now he probably lost his job and he isn't even the cause of the discrimination.
Bro that wasnt a leading question. He told her, she repeated it in a definitive form to have a real confirnation. Or else people would just interpret it like they see fit. He said X and a bit of Y and that means Z. She asks so bottomline is Z? He says yes Z.
I'm shocked. Who would've thought that the company who forces black actors in all kinds of over-their-head lead positions in shows and movies, does the exact same thing with employee promotions.
As a brown male, I find it offensive that a brother is judged based off the color of his skin. It's plain racism and favoritism Also the dude saying it is white. So like, shouldn't he fire himself? Bruh, stg these silly ideologies.
While I think that it's likely it is true, there is a trend where people will sometimes stretch the truth to confirm others' biases for their own gain. For instance, this guy is mad at Disney, he knows people are tired of Disney being woke, so he exaggerates things and says things are going on that people speculate about. I think automatically believing things is just as bad as automatically dismissing them. Especially when the last few years has shown us multiple examples of people doing this and then being proven completely wrong. Never throw out critical thinking because of your emotions, because that's where manipulation happens, and it happens on both sides of every argument.
@@camilla_films_stuff He's repeating what Asmon insinuated/said. People apply skepticism as a crutch and take it too far for various reasons, such as covering for their insecurity or they just can't help overthinking things. Taking a middle road and making assumptions about a person's state that they're drunk, horny and angry all at once trying to get in the sack with some random person is a reach, especially when we have plenty of proof that companies break discrimination laws all the time in trying to increase "diversity". The BBC has done and still does this overtly.
@@camilla_films_stuff It's not critical thinking when you have years of evidence pointing in the same direction and then when somebody on the inside confirms this you say 'he could be lying though.' Where is the critical thinking when you assume that a guy on a date with a woman would lie about DEI stuff instead of making up stories about being buddies with Brad Pit? You're confusing cognitive dissonance with critical thinking.
@otacon6566 You're fine as long as you understand just how tilted society was designed to be against people of color, and make sure you do your part to teach other caucasian white males just how fucked up it was and how it still is. Is that ok with you?
It's perfectly legal to do this in australia, because the way human rights apply is only those in the 'protected' category. You can be racist against whites, sexist against men, whatever. The government and the opposition are both as one, and when the parties swap places, the same racist and sexist policies continue.
I get it what Asmon means by saying that the guy can be lead into saying these things in date, but his enthusiasm and body language shows that he is speaking from experience and 100% isnt making this shit up.
For someone who is an opposite of a poser, Asmon seems to think too much that everyone else is a poser, and people say things just to impress others. He is obviously venting out because he has been thinking about these things in his company for over a decade, not because he has 15y old teenagers hormones who wants to get laid. He is obviously venting and has some personal agenda due being rejected for promitions, and that can be exgarration yes, but I dont think it matters at all if that is a woman/date who he is talking to, he would say same things to his male buddies.
@@samuraidoggy that's just how people act. Take some psychology classes and you can see how and why people "act in flocks" trying to impress each other. But then when asked directly about it , they try to come off as unique and individuals. Almost everyone in this comment section shows that. @@locmari 1. If that was the case, he wouldnt even be working there. 2. If you really need an example, here's an easy one. Let's say leading up to this meeting, she's been voicing her displeasure about "diversity hires", and how white men are being kept down in the industry, He sees this as his opportunity to embellish the truth with "insider special knowledge" to get on her good side -> to get more intimate to then form a relationship of some kind with her, thinking that spilling gossip that aligns with her views will break path able to deepening their relationship. then on top of that There could reasonably be another overlap of him being passed over for a promotion that he clearly felt hes qualified for, therefore hes a disgruntled employee (which we know love to fudge the truth to make the figure they are mad at look bad like an ex bf/gf does after a breakup). The Former, latter, or both could easily make him say these things even if they are 100% true. Not saying these statements ARE 100% false. But saying this is 100% true for sure just based on this interaction, is just ignoring human nature entirely and is naive. If you watched any police interrogation videos, you can see for yourself techniques to coerce people to say what the police want them to say (even things that aren't true). Go look up any police case were a confession of something extreme is thrown out due to evidence not actually supporting it (Then ask yourself, Why would someone innocent be convinced to say they were guilty by someone else).

I, of course, don't care much if you're dying in the mud when Islam or the woke take power in 10 years, but it's annoying if you help them in doing the same to me by misunderstanding the situation. That is, if you're trying to say 'Jews'? Study BlackRock a bit more, and the CSGs, and WEF. Jews are often at the top and hold the positions and money, but they are not the ones pushing this or creating it, and many of them don't even support it. Of course, you might say, 'why don't all the Jews in Hollywood and with the banks, etc. quit?' There are a few reasons. The two main reasons is that they don't feel it's their duty to quit. They are doing their job. Secondly, they are in it for the money and the job itself. They do what they are told. Does not matter to them if there's a Communist framework or a Right-wing framework boiling up from the middle or bottom or side, or very top (above them). Personally, I think they should be quitting, but that has little to do with their Jewishness, other than in the sense that wokeism is literally anti-Jewish. You must think that all Jews are self-hating? In fact, I can square this right now: many of the Jews in question are 'secular Jews', which is code for 'leftists who don't care much about their Jewishness'. They are not traditional Jews -- traditional Jews would actively be anti-woke, or would simply quit. Stan Lee is closer to this form, though as proven by Marvel during the 1960s and 1970s, it almost became leftist. Partly, they are controlled by the people. During the late-1960s, many people were leftists and wanted to read leftist stories, so that's what they made. On top of this, many people thought that leftism was actually morally correct and helping humanity, etc., so they supported it. Otherwise, they followed out of fear. Nothing has changed in this way for over 100 years, either at the level of an empire/system or company. You should be paying closer attention to the actual post-modernist radical types that invented and pushed all of this over the decades, Jewish or not. Many of them were black, some were non-Jewish lesbians, some were French men, some were secularist Jews. It really dates back to the 1920s with Julian Huxley and the Soviets, into the 1950s' Western and Maoist landscapes, and finally into French postmodernism, modern feminism, intersectionality, and black power movements in the 1960s through 1980s. At the same time, the WEF came along (largely non-Jewish but very anti-Jewish, anti-white, and anti-freedom in general). That's where all of this came from. Almost everything we're dealing with today, from BlackRock to ESGs to wokeism. If you look at Bob's history, you can see he helped with many great projects over the years. It's not like he has been on some kind of 50-year missions of Zionism and anti-Westernism. Actually, that makes little sense given how pro-Western Zionism is, either directly or indirectly. The only things that are truly anti-Western are Islamism, Marxism, totalitarianism, nihilism/atheism, modern feminism/wokeism (including black supremacy and related), and various types of anti-Semitism (both on the Left and Right).

They were true believers in the system that oppressed them and put them in a camp. These people would out and out say that they weren't guilty of what everyone else in the camp was, the government just made a mistake with them, but everyone else was truly guilty. It was too painful and they were too emotionally attached to the system they bought into for them to admit that the system was evil and that it didn't care about them. Only when these people could admit that they believed in a lie could they start receiving the help they psychiatrists were offering because they wouldn't listen until then. There will be people who will look at these videos and deny them for the same reasons. It is illegal to record a conversation like this when the other party doesn't know they're being filmed. Releasing video like this is almost certainly gonna either get this guy fired, or get him shunted into a dead end position to pseudo-fire him.
Something to bear in mind. One of the most successful investigative journalists in American history was Nelly Bly. She had herself committed to asylums to investigate claims of neglect, abuse, and unethical experiments performed on patients. Nelly lied to either state or privately funded hospitals in order to get first hand testimony on something that could very well have injured, maimed, or killed her. Does this make what the lady interviewing Giordano did similar to Ms. Blys actions or even necessarily legal? Perhaps not, but as far as I'm aware, most two party consent laws have lots of weird loopholes and mostly pertain to personal privacy and evidence admissibility in court. Florida's two party consent might well be very robust in regards to what occurred here, regardless, the whole point of what this recording and "interviewing" was for was to confirm first hand whether Disney was practicing in-house hiring and advancement discrimination based on either written or unwritten policy. This wasn't to be used as court evidence, but as a first hand account of events. It's out in the public now and is not going to help Disneys already flagging image.
@thedarkage187 Unless they are from a handful of US states, china, southeast India or the saudi states, your question makes absolutely no sense even historically. But it also makes no sense because for the last 50 years for US (closer to 100 if you look at it on a general legal level) and 20ish years for saudis it still isnt true (the first due to the 1920s being the explicit clarification that equal rights fully is equal rights while realistically the 70s are the end of cultural discrimination that isnt self-inflicted; the second is because they realized its cheap slave labor and they treat them all equally bad).
Asmon coping hard on this vid. Seems like he got compromised. I think he is represented by the same company who represents Mr Beast which is owned by Disney.
I remember being shocked when the Hamilton musical came out with a statement that they didnt want white people to audition or something to that effect. They backtracked eventually lol but it's wild to me how normalized this is becoming. I'm not shocked anymore, just kinda dejected at this point.
11:57 - Man sometimes Asmongold pisses me off. Yes you can say she might be leading him into talking points but she does not tells him what to say. And why do you think that saying what he says will get him laid?? Explain that!
What the fuck was wrong with Asmon on this stream? He has zero patience and looks in an awful mood, and she may have led the question there but the guy nodded his head and replied yes, so he agreed
Only one issue with that logic, mate. you can't create an infinite amount of "jobs". So you gotta exclude people at some point... and its white people's turn today...
@@tyronetyrone7333isn't Elon currently getting a load of lawsuits together aimed at Disney? Not sure they're discriminatory ones like in this video though
If you haven't noticed, they are changing laws, left and right to be able to not get so much as a slap on the wrist. Hell, look what they just did to Lord Emperor Trump..
Reporter: "so diversity helps with financial incentives" Giordano: "yes" Asmongold: "no, that's not what he said" The Mandalorian budget: $120 million Kenobi budget: $90 million Ahsoka budget: around $100 million Acolyte budget: $180 million Even if he didn't say exactly those words in that order that's 100% what he meant. Anyone who consumed SW media in the past years would instantly notice that what this guy is saying is 1:1 reflected in that said media.
The acolyte got double than kenobi a show that got screwed by KK (it was gonna be a trilogy of movies based on obiwan had some cool story ideas) and the mandalorion while season 3 was a fumbled 1-2 was enjoyable yet the acolyte gets 180million and it doesn’t even respect Star Wars and has awful show writing but it’s diverse so more money please
He did retract the ACORN story, and for good reason from what I recall though I forget the details. I think that's it, and ACORN was very early in his career, almost 15 years ago.
@@dycedargselderbrother5353yeah James is about as reliable as they come, been watching his stuff almost 10 years now... haven't seen him be proven wrong ONCE
I wouldn’t call it unethical but if they recorded the interview in CA without Michael’s knowledge or consent it would be illegal since CA is a two-party consent state which if Michael loses his job over it probably means a pretty massive lawsuit for James. Not saying the content of the interview isn’t true it’s just not the smartest way to go about it
bruh he's basically saying he is qualified enough but the company's political agenda holds him back while also catering to her apparent interests about these internal affairs.
@@khaos682 it makes total sense, hes telling her why he isnt running the entire company, its not that he isnt good enough its because hes being unfairly held down.
Yet again Asmon's takes are dogshit. Trying to make excuses like "oh he didn't say that, she lead him in to it" YET what she said, Giordano agreed to it with "yeah, yeah". Asmon claims that she is asking leading questions when she doesn't have any problems with it, rather she is showing interest and hasn't really shown any bias. Asmon stans will defend him but his takes can be PURE DOGSHIT at times, including this video. Quite literally anyone who has seen this has come to the sdame conclusion but yet the genius basement dweller, OF defender Asmon is correct? The logical answer is no given Disney's track record and their own executives have flat out said the quiet part out loud in numerous instances. Again, i like Asmon's content but i think that he is completely out to lunch on his opinions at times, including this one.
