Oh man. Learning at the end that the real house was demolished all along and the 'house' was just some kind of eldritch mimic is so chilling. I guess his grandfather's experiments were successful???
Wow. I almost never get jump scared, but for some reason this one got me 3 times in a row. Fun little game and I loved the title drop at the beginning too!
That was a goofy but fun game ! You know what's wrong with this house (apart from it becoming a living organism)? Barely any fucking windows, except in 2 rooms upstairs 😆 I like the early slasher vibes, and didn't expect the ending at all. Nice one.

I also had such big happy smile when I saw The House "alive". Very fun game about so unprepared and dumb teenagers that didn't even bring some alco when they wanted to make a party. No wonder house wanted to kill them...

Mu name is Sarah Zoe Felix, and I'm from a small town in Colorado....I used to break into summer homes in the winter. (Summer homes are houses people only live in for the summer, usually going to California, Texas or Florida for the winter) Being as I'm alot older now, I do not live in the mountains anymore, [but in a suberb of Denver], but after watching this, I don't think I'll be visiting the small mountain town I grew up in...not anytime soon anyway... 😂😂😂 Great game Chris! When they talked about experiments it reminded me of the other game you played that you inherited a house from your grandpa who did experiments, and it let you continue those or destroy his work. It of course was much different than that game.

A good time(share) was had by all. (Okay--it's a _very_ bad Dad joke complete with outdated reference. So sue me. 😂)
This was a neat game overall and I liked the ending but man was it hard to sympathize with the characters at times, I think they were a little too dumb. Not a single one of them brought anything even though they were staying overnight? Not even water bottles? And Ashley thought it fine to drink alcohol on an empty stomach? I know they're teens but, come on man. A little too many horror tropes for my taste, but I guess it was good enough for the house itself lol
Has anyone here seen the animated movie Monster House if so then the bit at the end where the house chases the player character that bit reminded me of a similar scene on monster house close to the end
I like the game, but the camera jitters horribly when it zooms out, it’s a shame because it starts to cause a bit of a headache watching it. Love the commentary and play through as always!
