As a fat and ugly teen i 1000% agree with this video. And as i write this comment i'm reflecting on my life and how i ended up in this state and every single thing Wheen points out in the vid, environmental factors, lack of information, etc. Has applied to me for greater or less extent. I think communitys and goverments especially in more "ghetto" areas should be properly educated on crap like this and more like hygine, discipline, and being open mentally to talk about the hard stuff most parents really don't know or teach their kids about.

I have fucked up teeth because i grew up in a drug house, resulting in 20 cavities and several pulled teeth at the age of 6 or 7. That made my adult teeth grow in all crooked and ugly. Childhoold health is very important for looks later down the line

This was an interesting watch, and I'm glad you're back, but I can't say I can complain too much about being in competition with people who don't take care of themselves as someone who does. I turn heads constantly and I only spend slightly more time on my personal style than I used to. That's not including makeup or exercise, though I'm not overweight by most standards. It's not hard to stand out at all if you don't live in social hub like New York or Cali, which most people don't. I, in the past was also told I was beautiful, that I didn't need to change. I'm severely mentally stunted as a result. Being shy, sporting oversized rags with messy hair and a gapped tooth isn't so cute anymore when you're 21. No one feels sorry for you, and they don't have to, but they also don't have to be bold faced liars either. I'm still not done self improving. I want to shed a few pounds (while not necessary for my health) and more importantly, I want to get some braces.

I started working out 5 times a week (different muscle group targeted each day so it isn't too excessive), it is genuinely crazy to think about how I can just do more things easier now, and I used to be fine doing less. Also heard about mewing like a year ago (maybe more or less) and thought it was kinda funny, didn't take it super seriously, and only did it when I remembered, but I genuinely had a friend point out how defined my jawline was last week and it felt good

I have noticed that mental health and your view of the world also affect your apperance. I walked around with an assface and a shitty attitude on the world and my face aged and my skin got fucked up.

I kind of find women who are a bit chubby to be kinda hot ngl, but that's the thing, there is a limit before I go "that's too far". Also with myself in high school I would get called ugly all the time, and I believed it. And guess what? I didn't look after my face and body. I wasn't fat but I was a hella skinny guy. But now I lift weights, I style my hair the way I want to, and I just in general don't care what other people think about me. Even though I don't put as much effort as I should into looking out for myself, I find that I actually look a bit more attractive than I used to.
