Here is a quick comparison with 3 thermometer/ Hygrometer 2 are from Termopro the model TP53 and the TP50 and the AcuRite 00613B I hope you guys find this video informative!

*Works great: **Fastly.Cool** and Warming environment perfectly controlled. I use 3 in different grow tents. It’s nice to see from your phone how your tent temps are. Does High and Low and records data.*

In the first thermopro, the humidity reading is at the top and the temperature reading is at the bottom. Is there any way to switch that so temperature is at the top?

Thanks for your recommendation! I have these, but they tend to be not durable and accurate, defeating the point of a hygrometer. I am using inkbird’s new product IBS-TH5 this year, a sensor with WiFi from Switzerland, a real hygrometer. Yes, this is my recommendation.

Faulty humidity reading is not really in the small unit makes you wonder on the quality of these cheaper Hygrometers...

I just purchased the Vivosun hygrometer, and it doesn't go past 43 humidity. Even after I mist my orchids and plants. I've put it near warm water, kitchen sink while washing dishes and it still doesn't go up, in fact it drops lower!? 🤔

I bought the thermal pro two weeks ago it’s been a week since it’s started messing up 😞. The number don’t fill in. I’m getting some other brand tomorrow. I can’t afford to not know the temperature on my grow tent.

Hi the one you choose does it need to be calibrated with salt ?

No it is calibrated from the factory.

I compared both today in the same room in the same conditions....result....thermpro...22percent humidity...temperature 22 celcius....the accurite 30 percent humidity and 23 celcius...so the temperatures are almost the same but there is a large difference in humidity...I dont know which one is correct....maybe neither,,,,,hahahaha... the only way to find out is to do some sort of calibration...@@patdud1979

If u set on the fridge with the magnet wont it affect the room temperature reading?

Yes it may your fridge will generate heat so it might affect it.

Hi, I'm from Argentina, and I acquired a thermopro tp53, and sometimes when I turned on its lighting, the temperature grew or sometimes dropped by approximately 0.6 ° C and in a few seconds it returned to its original value (exactly the same value it had before turning on the light).Can you test turn on the light many times to see if this happen?.Thanks
