Two minor things I can appreciate; 1. Including the screwdriver. I have more than I could ever need, but not everyone has the ph0 size driver. 2. The built in magnet. I really, really like that.

@@ManCaveMeals Ok. You made a video that you indicated you were hired by their product development team when you temporarily shut down this channel 9 years ago. I was just curious because I purchased 3 Joes based on your work on the channel. It just seems like Kamado Joe stopped caring. Customer service was excellent up to when they got sold. I had a Joe stolen from me and I needed a serial number to show my local law enforcement and they were no help at all. I registered it upon purchase but they had no record. I'm just upset they sold a good quality Kamado to compete with BGE and all of a sudden, they shot up prices and stopped caring about the people who originally purchased the Joe's. I was just curious to what happened with them.....
@@iahawk79 I am sorry for the confusion there. I did use the word 'hired' and I probably should not have. I was never an employee of the company. I was contracted for my services. I am sorry to hear that you have had a bad experience with Kamado Joe.
