I found a massive defect in our X-Pro 125cc mini jeep!
As you guys know, we've had it for around eight months and its been pretty fun.... until I uncovered a massive defect that could've put someone in a very dangerous situation! Apparently the stock brake lines that came on the mini jeep were too short; when the steering maxed out it caused the lines to pop. What's crazier is that after swapping them for longer ones, we found that even they are bursting too!
Can we solve the problem or will it remain a mystery? Watch to find out!

The link to the part is in the description! The long one we have is the 23.62" (60cm) option. Just realized that the video didn't process into 4k, maybe it will later??? Sorry guys lol...

Yeah i have found that RU-vid takes a while to make 4k an option. I have some unlisted videos on my channel that are 4k and it always took a bit for them to put it at 4k quality.

Earlier this year i bought a Xpro Hawk 250 as my first motorcycle. So far i absolutely love it. They are quite popular, i think they would do well on your channel. I spent about $1,800 on mine and haven't regretted it at all! I thought it was awesome you made reference to C90 Adventures in one of your other videos. I think Ed is awesome!!! Because of him i have been shopping for a Honda C90

@@owenchabot It feels good to me, compared to a minibike, it feels awesome. But then again, my hawk is the only dirtbike I've ever ridden. Someday i am planning to get a higher powered Japanese bike, but this hawk is perfect for learning on and getting into the sport. Plus, there are lots of aftermarket upgrades that can be purchased fairly inexpensively. I sure love mine!

i dont know if the mini jeep has it but cars have a pressure release solenoid that releives brake pressure and if they fail brake pressure gets to high and blows brake lines.

I just bought one of these and have been sound deadening it,that damn windshield rattles. Bolting plastic panels to metal tubing is noisy,I used dynamat under the hood and side panels. Foam anywhere the plastic contacts the frame.

Yeah the jeep is lots of fun but the rattling needs to be solved somehow. I think your idea is just as good as mine 🤷

@@jimcrowe7768 The original ones were too short. I’m thinking something more heavy duty than what they put in there would be better. We happened to have a backup one but it’s not any better or worse so far.

I bought a massimo mini jeep and its fun and all but every time i turn it starts ripping the metal peace that holds mostly the most weight and i just welded it 2weeks ago and it seems fine so like around every 4months i have to weld it.

Its bolted in to a whole bunch of stuff in my jeep next to the wheel
