I started my weight loss journey 7 days ago to reduce my weight which is seriously climbing to where i don’t like , so I decided to start this weight loss without exercise because that is the only thing that will limit my speed in getting results. So far my weight loss journey is going pretty well without exercise which I’m happy about. My weight loss target is 60kg which i wish to achieve in three months.
