Ingredients: makes 15-20 tacos
20 white corn tortillas
oil for frying
2 lbs ground beef
1/2 chopped onion
1/2 red bell pepper
1 large tomato
2 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp onion powder
1 tsp oregano
1 tsp black pepper
1 tsp ground cumin
1 tsp chile powder
1 tsp paprika
1 tsp cayanne pepper
salt
1 tbsp cornstarch
for the nacho sauce:
1 tbsp olive oil
2-3 tbsp butter
1/4 chopped onion
1/4 red bell pepper
3 tbsp chopped pickled jalapenos
3 tbsp all purpose flour
1 1/2 cup milk
1/4 cup pickled jalapeno juice
8 oz medium/mild cheddar cheese (MAKE SURE YOU GRATE IT)
toppings:
