The Blockout Curtain Almiraj control vs. Summoned Skull turbo game is straight up out of a fever dream. I felt like at any moment I'd wake up in a cold sweat.
What's even about that dark magician player versus the jinzo player, is that he used 1,000 knives when he had dark burning magic. He just did it to flex
Common Rookie ranked duels be like: Tearlament, Despia, Spright, Labrynth Common Platinum ranked duels be like: Al Miraj Ursartic, Summoned Skull turbo
Don't think I've ever seen DM pop off so hard, that was something for sure. Law of the Cosmos is such a bad card lol, but that's not saying much for Jinzo support
Im so used to them playing like Branded players with super predictable combos. Literally all I see anymore is just Rod->Circle->Servant->Salvation->Eternal Soul set->pass and proceed to bounce in and out of the graveyard like the worlds most annoying magical cockroach.
@@francisharkins Yeah, that's the deck unfortunately. There are a few interesting directions to take DM but none of them are good and all the support we get sucks. Until DM gets better cards that give more options, we're stuck with Rod, circle, servant, salvation, Eternal pass. Could be worse, heaven forbid they open Skill Drain.
So what I think happened to duel live is that since Platinum is effectively the new Gold, that change to only show platinum and higher replays was mitigated.
Poor Almiraj control player...when your plays are so questionable that a spectator can't be sure wether you are an actual human or not. But honestly, moments like this is why I wish that we could view the decks in Duel Live replays.
This season I started in gold and I swear there are thousands of babies playing this game at the moment, I have seen some of the worst/funniest plays ever this week. Maybe is related to the introduction of master rank.
I need to stop saying I'm going to play one of these jank torture decks and finally do it for once. Bullying wombo combo nonsense by spamming board wipes is getting old.
