Battering rams feels logical. They cost 250 wood (low cost), they require less micro than other siege units, they distort enemy lines, divide them into smaller chunks and in general gives enemy less playground in a battlefield, they are light in terms of population cap as well. I believe we will see more battering rams in Season 4.

It’s so great to have your casts back Drongo! Are you gonna be uploading Golden-League Casts of you on your channel aswell? Asking cause while the quality of AoE4 casts is really high, yours are by far the most enjoyable for me! Especially when you are coupled with another caster

It just came to me, but your unit composition can counter enemy economy balance. I mean, if your enemy is relying on trade you can counter his gold units and not worry as much about food intencive horsemen.

archer xbow maa is countered by knight archer. Mangos aren't ever really worth using unless you're in a pinch and lack food

I think trade wing was a mistake. Infact the trade wing buff feels kinda lame imo. Snoopa should have gone eco wing to mass farms earlier and get 4 TCs to allow him to boom and spam units way quicker. He should have also massed horsemen crossbow to force the english to go spears which takes up pop room and something they dont want to make

@@klaumbazswampdorf1764 he couldnt caus kaup walled off the post which you should take for granted in a competitive game where you dont have map control hence trade wing was a mistake. If you are the one putting on pressure then you can go trade wing as long as the enemy is walling themselves in and not contesting your trade

I agree but on the contrary, i liked the wisom wing first, then seeing how the english was agressive and how the game was turning out, he shoulda choose the military wing i believe. That sweet 15% more health for infantry is not to sniff at. Then, speed attack for archer?! yes! i think you can even win against english archer with that tech (Thought shared by some pro players i heard)

Network of castels/citadels has gotten nothing but nerfs, it used to be +25/50%. And enclosures also got nerfed this update, along with old wynguard army that used to make like 5 diferent units for 100 food/wood/gold

Yep, depends on the level of course, but I feel like for the average player base from which I am, they were more buffed than balanced or even nerfed. The simple fact that they are so easy to macro and now better at surviving through castle age and forbidding mistakes makes them even stronger. Then yes if you eventually reach both imperial age, you may have a better chance than before but well… still it depends!
