For sure, the ladle bowl was a bicycle bell! It turned out to be very special where could a bicycle have been ridden out there?! Nice buckle finds, guys. Thanks for sharing.😊
Nice finds. That first little piece that you found with the hole in the middle and on each side reminds me of the old pull down blinds they were spring loaded so that they would retract
Love the hoodie Jerry! Thanks for the shout-out to the PA Relic Hunters! Huge fan of the Detecting PA channel, always looking forward to your videos! Keep up the incredible work Shawn and Jerry!
Jerry, nice jingle bell and miners tags, you know we always enjoyed finding those. Shawn that was a different looking buckle. Cool knife and bowl. Thanks for the shout out guys. Have a great weekend.
Wow Shawn, that ladle bowl piece took my breath away 🤯 I can't even write right now, wow. Absolutely amazing relics Jerry & Shawn, you guys always blow my mind. I love watching you dig, Jerry, makes me feel like I'm there and I really appreciate that; I can't think of anything I'd rather be doing than hunting that cool history in those beautiful woods. Thank you, Jerry 💖 Shawn, your story telling is so compelling and enhances the experience so much!!! Thank you, Shawn 💖 I thought I saw a big S on that button, but you kept spinning it & made me dizzy 🥴✌😆 Very cool Button!!! Congratulations to you both!!!
@@detectingpa8968 Wow, Shawn, you really did blow my mind with the ladle bowl, I called you Jerry 😅I am so sorry, Shawn, that last piece really did blow me away. It makes sense that it's a ladle bowl, but the flowers inside was something I haven't seen. Amazing button & ladle bowl!!! You are both so awesome!!!!!!! 💖💖
Awesome finds. The piece at 16:35 might be a bucket handle attachment? I said harmonica reed on my first 100 or so videos but I think the term is harmonica reed plate. That ladle is cool. Great video and thanks for sharing!!!
💥💥💥💥💥Wow! Shawn has mastered the art of narration. Not too fast, not too slow: Perfect tempo. I'm loving your new style of historical montages. The wagon going downhill from screen right to screen left is out of this world. So cinematic. What filter or LUT did you use on that clip? Did you just lower the saturation and increase exposure on that clip? Cut to Jerry, “Welcome back to Detecting PA.” Excellent finds, accurate descriptions. Jerry, you are a natural. Love how you pranked Shawn on your way to pick up the pizzas. I use that one a lot myself. If you think about it has a wide variety of applications and the reaction is always hilarious. You plugged your buddy's channel…I saw that video where they knocked it out of the park. Probably one of the best metal detecting videos on RU-vid, as far as finds go. Don't want to hurt anybody's feelings but when it comes to overall production quality, you guys get the Gold. Sorry I've been out of touch for so long. I've had to use most of my free time mastering a few new electronic gadgets I have.
It amazes me how you could loose a knife without looking for it. Maybe the owner was drinking moonshine when he lost it 😅. So many expansive finds of the day.
My theory is that the grass back then wasn’t as properly maintained as it is these days. So when you dropped something, it was next to impossible to find. Where we detected today, we dropped a coin we found right below us when we were cleaning it up and we almost had to use the pinpointer to relocate it.
Really liking the wee buckle , and the ladle bowl should clean up nicely ! I'm always inclined to say book strap for a buckle like that ( might be wrong ) Thank you for another adventure ☕☕Gregory.
That lantern wick knob looked like it spelled “Dietz”. I have a few Dietz oil lanterns which were a common name brand from the late 19th into 20th century.
This small little buckle at the beginning of your video seems to me. I've seen them on ladies watches. You might want to get a softer brush like tooth or brass. You can purchase a package of different brushes like you have at harbor freight. Yours seems a little too harsh. I really enjoy your videos a lot. Well done 😉
