People can call it whatever they want but no Toll roads, plenty of parking, great beaches and the ability to go from one side to the other so easily, and getting better all the time, is great. No you don’t want to live there! Trust me, I lived there and there wasn’t a single house in my street that wasn’t burgled at least once. The woman across from my house was running a nail salon kinda set up and she was broken into at least once a month!! Despite having multiple cameras and alarm systems. It’s just a shit place in the world to own a house.

I don't know if you read comments I've made to yourself and others that "HORSES" kill more Australians than any other creature? 77 people died from accidents with horses between 2008 and 2017 mostly on rural properties. Next on the list was cows, not spiders and snakes etc. Honestly it's infuriating how people carry on about so-called dangerous creatures. I'm an older guy who has never been bitten by anything except maybe an overzealous human female. 🤣 we have our fair share of elderly people like anywhere else, so I wonder how they got to be "elderly" if the joint is so dangerous. We also have roughly a five times lower crime rate than the US per each 1000 people. We reckon all in all it's the safest country on earth. For e.g. we have never had a school shooting.
