CONGRATS ON YOUR ENGAGEMENT!!! I love mineral sunscreen but last time I got mineral SPF, it made my olive skin tone look hella gray and chalky…

thank you!!! Ok re: the chalky/gray look, that's the nature of mineral sunscreens bc of the zinc which is why I love the Alastin one since it has a slight glowy tint! If you're in the light to tan complexion range (I'm also olive) you'll love that one. I wonder if they have it in stores to test out first, that would be ideal!

Does the balm smell like coffee?

no scent! With all of our skincare we decided on no synthetic fragrance or essential oils. They tend to sensitize skin over time so we kept the same going for the lip balm.
