Don't get ahead of yourself. These things are damn expensive. You could race for real for the money some of these guy spend. RC guys enjoy fixing shit more than using it.
Salute to all the brave men who voluntarily shrank themselves for the competition Edit: fr tho, why the fk do they need those tiny figures on top, aerodynamics? shit doesnt make sense 💀
@@obama9862 these are solid state MEMS gyroscopes that don't spin but rely on very sensitive measurements of gravitation and a thing called "coroilis forces". They are in your smart phone if you have a modern one.
None of you know what you are talking about, These bikes run as per the real ones, the regular wheels spinning causes the gyro effect, rake, caster and trail provides the steering stability!
@Darwin444forlife 50 bucks for a day of fun? It cost just a 100 bucks for fuel a night or dirt track racing, then pit passes, and fixing everything u brake.... yeah rc racing is way cheaper
I worked with a guy for 3 years before I found out he was a (RC World-) famous RC painter. He showed me his work. Incredible. I’ve always loved RC as a kid. He got me back into it. Such fun!
@@emaneasler it's generically a "gas engine", even if this particular one is run on a specific fuel. Kind of like how a propane forklift is still using a gasoline engine, it's just been converted to run on propane.
Gyros really changed the game on these bikes. Go look at these things doing unlimited wheelies. And launching off crazy jumps. Or riding in skate parks. It really is incredible
These are cool. I have a $3,000 extreme 2.2 competition rock Crawler. It's a heavily modded beefed up XR10. The thing is like a spider. It sticks to and crawls over nearly anything. It's so much fun to play around with.
I love the way these bikes can recover after sliding out. I had an idea once where a motorcyclist could be held in place by a sort of roof panel . So effectively you'd be inside the bike. Not some big bulky bike with a roof like we see today but instead one built to fit snuggly around your body clamping you in place That way you could manoeuvre like these mini bikes . You'd also have the protection of the biles structure . Instead of being thrown off and doing the embarrassing slide down the road on your arse routine . Where your clawing at the road trying to stop yourself before that car comes around the bend or you run into a curb or tree. I think it could be awesome. It would be like those riderless robotic bikes you see in the movies which have crazy manoeuvrability..
