Thank you chica what a gift of talent and generosity you share❤️. Blessings for a great Mother’s Day. I’m going to make salsa for my chulos this weekend.
Thank you Claudia for sharing these 2 salas. I will be making the red one this weekend. I appreciate all the wonderful recipes you share with us. Happy Mother's Day Claudia and many blessings to you and your family.❤😊💐
I've been making your Salsa Verde for about 5 months and cannot go a day without it! It is so addicting! I started off with a jalapeño and now make it with a serrano. The serrano adds another depth of flavor! Yum! Thank you!
Honestly, this was a life-changing video! I went to a Mexican market, bought chilies I had never tried before, and my taste buds are so excited! Thank you!
I made Salsa de Arbol today. I ended up adding 2 more tomatoes and a little more salt. That was perfect! Sooo good, just enough heat and spice for us. I love that I can always have ingredients for this salsa on hand all the time. I love the smoke flavor in this salsa too! Thank you, I appreciate this recipe!!
I love the ingredients list because it makes it easy to cook along and reference them when prepping. I love all your recipes you make it so easy to prepare delicious meals for my family and I am excited to try your salsas I also love that “love” is an ingredient because I always tell everyone I cook with love
Just tried both of these and they are great. I used a large jalapeno in the green it came out pretty hot but very good. I mixed it with my cheese dip and it gave it some kick! The red, agree it was delicious, it came out pretty hot as well! Hoping they tame down a little tomorrow. Thanks for sharing!
I have been using you cocktail recipe for a couple years it’s the best I have had!! Can’t wait to try the salsa recipe. Thank you for sharing with us!-
New subscriber here 🎉 I made your Salsa Roja…oh man! This was fantastic! The smokiness and flavor were/are off the charts. I did add two extra Roma tomatoes, one extra garlic clove, and used only three chili de Arbol, but again, this was spectacular. I only wish it were a tad more chunky, but with the flavors produced, I’ll make this again and again. Thanks for showing us the way!
Thank you Claudia for sharing your amazing recipes! Everything I’ve made from your recipes are super delicious. Where did you get you glass jars from? Thank you.
For the salsa Roja do you remove the seeds from the Chile puyas & chile morita? Is it standard practice to do that for all the chilies except the árbols for your recipes?
I’m half Mexican, half white but grew up with the white side of the family and never learned any recipes. Now I can cook food that my Mexican husband and our kids are not repulsed by 😂 thanks girl for always saving me
It’s still too cold to put out my pepper, tomato, tomatillo sets out here in Denver burbs. Onions and garlic are in the bed. We had record rain the last two days. Folks got hail, I missed it this time. I never put flats of flowers 🌸 in until the weekend after Mother’s Day. We still get frost and snow! Maybe just Pansies. They are tuff 💪👍🏻. My tulips are up. The rabbits and squirrels haven’t too many yet 🙄
