New Hampshire voters will be key in deciding who wins the Republican nomination for president in 2024. CNN's John King travels to the state to hear directly from voters as they weigh their options. #CNN #News
Biden has literally destroyed the middle class! They literally don’t exist anymore 😂 the Biden agenda wants to impoverish as many people as possible, the more poverty the democrats produce the more voters they have
What did JFK say, "Ask not what your country can do for you, but what can you do for your country." That reflects exactly where we are in this place and time right now. Autocracy or democracy. Those are the only choices we have.

@@SUKADIK11 You do know there's a legal framework for charging and convicting people? Sadly it takes a while, but it's doing its job. I.e. gathering 'evidence', something the majority of Trump supporters have no need for apparently. They also need to ensure there are facts, it's checked and checked again. With him being an ex president, they're likely checking a third time. It can't be rushed... hence why it's only now we see him indicted on over 90 charges, by 3 different DAs, in 3 different districts. Let's see where this ends, then you can talk about the 2 time impeached, 90+ time indicted disgrace of a person's chance to stay out of prison :)
Don't these dissatisfied voters look at a candidate's record? Just basing choice on spoken words they hear, on their superficial impressions. Yet, they feel so confident that they've made the right choices, or will. How gullible? RFK, Jr. is a top choice? Haley? God help these voters.
Such simplistic view of the vote, of politics... as if a president has some sort of direct impact on gas price or even the whole capitalistic economy here or the world economy.

FYI to working class voters....Republican "trickle down economics" DO NOT FAVOR the working class. How does giving everything to elites and corporations favor the working class?.
Ever since Reagan brought that trickle-down idiocy into public discourse, working people's finances have gotten worse and worse. But they've been indoctrinated to think it's the _Democrats_ who are doing them in. Pathetic.
How does 17% annual inflation help the working class? How does doubling the cost if energy help the working class? How does tripling the cost of food help the working class? How do 7% interest rates help the working class? How does borrowing $150 BILLION to send to Ukraine help the working class? I'm just not sure how much more the working class can handle being helped by the democrats.
Trickle down was 35 years ago. How's paying people to sit home and not work panning out? I'm not hard core anything, only for the right person to do the job. The last 7 years has been a complete fumble from our representatives.

These people seem to want to vote for personalities NOT actual policy. I don't vote for how cool someone is. I vote for what they want to do if elected. Amnesia seems to be a major health issue in the USA. Look at the data of where we were in 2020 to now. Comrade Bone Spurs was given an amazing economy in 2016 by Obama. By 2020 it was ruined from mismanagement of Covid. Now that the plane has landed, it's time to rebuild. Inflation from 10 to what is is now at 3% is a step forward.
I have voted for personalities in the past, especially when I was younger. It worked out for me because I liked both Bill Clinton and Obama and still do. I thought both Bush Sr and Jr were dorky. Anyone with a Christian conservative vibe scared me. Trump is not Christian or conservative but he's just an a**hole.
It's one thing when a guy like Newt Gingrich was representing the party, going after Clinton in the 90s while he was banging, cheating, divorcing sick wives, marrying side pieces, cheating on them, divorcing them while telling them to keep their mouth shut. But now, with the likes of Trump Boebert, MTG, Santos, Dan Patrick, Kari Lake... it's as laughable to call them the family values party as it is to pretend they're the 'fiscally responsible' party.

Offshore wind farms have not had any significant impact on the fishing fleets in the Nordic countries, or of Ireland, the UK, or elsewhere. Recent dramatic warming of coastal and deeper waters have had a serious effect, however. It seems regularly to be the case, that US farmers, fishermen, and ranchers think that they are different from their counterparts elsewhere. They are not.
These folks think repubs are “more for the working man.” As a working class person, it’s so frustrating to see my own people voting against their own interests. Sickening.
This is the East coast and not rural Montana, you can train and find better jobs than fishing if you choose. There is a shortage of auto mechanics for instance who bill at close to $100/hr not far from this area. The voting fact is come election day Trump will be appealing a 10+ year sentence on felony convictions, it defies logic someone serious person would think giving Trump another shot at border security (he has already struck out on that issue) overrides that criminal fact. Anyone who says witch hunt to explain prison is not a serious person and has already made up their mind.
Probably for the same reason he referred to The Fraudfather as "a pretty smart guy." You know -- the one who thought maybe we could stop a hurricane by nuking it? THAT pretty smart guy. Or stop CoViD by injecting disinfectant into people? Yup. Same pretty smart guy.
@@UYT7715Flower You mean all those people who thought it probably wasn't a good idea to come during a pandemic. People asking for asylum, which is lawful, is a not a good measure of border security. Please don't bore me with Biden has more border encounters because...that means they are catching more people. Those numbers also include people at legal crossings requesting asylum. The latter is not illegal.
I live in southern New England, where we believe in liberal democracy and we vote Democrat (apart from a few poorly educated folks who watch the wrong cable tv news). But New Hampshire and also Maine are different. There are just two categories of people, for the most part: There are elite (very rich) white folks who vote for Republican tax breaks, and there are poorly educated white folks who just don't have the facts straight. Take for example the New Hampshire fisherman in this clip, who is getting his "knowledge" from Joe Rogan! That's like getting the "facts" from Marjorie Trailer Park, or getting your "morality" from Lauren Boebert, or your "integrity" from Ted Cruz, or the "truth" about anything from Donald Trump!!!!
I live in New Hampshire and there is nothing wrong with listening to Joe Rogan. It's smart to take in information from many sources so that one may make an informed decision. I think MSNBC is woke , yet I still watch it so that I can compare sources and actually use my brain to make a decision.
Or, you can watch MSNBC to hear from the smartest people, but maybe that intimidates your intellect! Woke? Find a new lame propaganda slogan! Try Truthful! @@madfan9955

The tragedy is that those disenchanted with the existing parties are looking to choose anything else just for a change. But are any of those "I'm not them" candidates offering anything concrete other than "I'm not them"? This is a recipe for frying pan to the fire voting. Candidates need to say who they ARE, and what they offer, not just wailing about the past and pointing the finger at who they want to blame
When the GOP starts picking conservative candidates again, I will give them a consideration. Any of these conspiracy/ "culture warriors" are a waste of ballot space.
He's already in Depends. Cant debate because he might spring a leak from one end or the other. DNC is running the show, and we all know who their best interests are.
In the UK and other European countries were against off shore wind farms in the beginning, but now they seen how the fish breeding grounds have increased their catch rotas. How can you fight against something that will eventually give you a good living and provide a cheaper source of power to communities?

As an Australian, I’m curious. Are there two Republican parties? One that’s pro worker and one that wants to take everything away from workers? So far I’ve only seen the latter.
Anxious Democrats sounded off to the Washington Post about their increasing concerns over President Biden's age and viability heading into the 2024 election on Tuesday. One Ohio Democrat put it bluntly: death is "imminent" for octogenarians like Biden.😂😂😂
God, I wish we'd get rid of the electoral college so we can get rid of the bipartisan system. Now, a third party is a wasted vote, and yet I couldn't seem to help myself for the last two elections.
It has nothing to do with the electoral college. It has to do with how voting takes place. Personally I would be in favor of changing the way our voting works to allow for more political party representation instead of just the two choices that we end up with. And I would be in favor of getting rid of the office of president and replacing it with a Prime Minister that is elected by the dominant political party in Congress because it’s completely controlled by party politics anyway. And I feel like the political parties would be more likely to remove an unpopular leader if it wasn’t assumed that this is the People’s choice. I think it would result in more quickly getting rid of people who aren’t getting things done.
@@user-iu8od7di8e damn right i do. I want a real democracy. There will never be enough votes to win a state for a third party as long as it exists.... and both parties suck.
@scotthannan8669 I disagree and agree--if it were at least changed to a system where we picked the candidates with a ranked rating system vs one vote then maybe (big maybe) it wouldn't go towards only Democrat or Republican. Even then, I'd rather it be pure popular vote with a ranked system. You're right about the prime minister aspect. I used to think the president held sway with choosing Supreme Court justices but as we saw under Obama, Congress can still cock block until they get what they want. Prime Minister almost seems more logical at this point but I'm not won over by the idea since I like a system of checks and balances. The whole thing is crap. They get rich just running and campaigning nowadays. In my little fantasy world, there'd be no campaigning in swing states. They'd clearly state their platforms in publications and have more televised debates. No one has unique ideas anymore. In order to get the party nomination, it's all or nothing for all rhetoric despite already being proven broken and not for the general population. I tend to be a bit progressive with some conservative values. I'm not antigun, don't like abortion (but against them trying to get rid of birth control or if the mother's life is in danger), believe in climate change and wish we had universal healthcare and schooling. There is zero place in the United States for that or anything like it.
What these numbskulls are missing, that it's more on the employers not paying as much but CEOs taking more. Companies are making MORE money. Employees are just not getting any of it.
Politicians do not have a clue what we do. They do not ask or come to find out no matter what skill/job/career we do. New Hampshire voters please think clearly on why you vote for who you vote for. Do not just vote the party because you have always done so. Actually find out what the person running IS FOR. Then vote for whom you chose. I am asking everyone if you can legally vote get out and vote. I enjoyed this video.
The worlds first off shore wind farm is just a few miles from here. Studies has shown it to be a plus for the sea life, essentially the turbine foundations work as artificial reefs and that is good for sea life.
I know that men and women in high positions seem to hold all of the power, but it is the people that hold the real power to make this country truly great. Sometimes we need to be reminded of that. So when you are deciding on who to vote for, Biden or Trump, there really is only one question to ask yourself; "Which candidate makes me want to be a better person?". The average citizen being "that better person" is the ONLY WAY this country will become great.
But isn't trust already gone? We the people have got beaten down since March 13th 2020 Just take a look Can anybody see An end in sight. America Was great! the strongest country on the planet! And now I will put it like this a country is not a country of its own with Unsecured Borders. We are now the Stomping grounds Welcoming over 180 countries around the world They come here's the key word (illegally) Our commander-in- chief is allowing an invasion This has never happened before in the history of America. What if Federal reserve goes bankrupt? Our oil reserved Is being depleted If war breaks out Do we have enough oil to Refine? Oil & fuel for our jets, tanks etc? Isn't it Now about 75%. of Americans are living paycheck? The list goes on.
That's a nice idea, but from what I have observed as a European following American politics since the first term of Bush W, is that many Americans are quite selfish and are mainly motivated by their pockets when choosing a candidate.
Being nice doesn’t make policy. What’s your monetary policy? What’s your tax policy? What’s your policy towards Ukraine, etc.? There are many questions beyond everyone trying to be a better person.
Not voting is the worst take you can possibly have. If you’re that concerned about politics that you’re going to put and emphasis on not voting because you don’t like either one. Then surely you can care enough to figure out how you would view as “ the lesser of two evils “
"I'm Republican...they're more for the working man." The gaslighting was highly successful with this one. Teaching critical thinking skills would end a lot of this nonsense.
I used to walk with young people in the streets for 30 days with nothing. They all went on to be successful. They understood theirs community, the people in it, and their environments and how to successfully manage it. Get real America!

Very good video. There are a large number of people working excessive hours to make ends meet, and simply too busy to really dig into the details of each candidate. Those who support RFK or DJT, e.g., hear about their anti-everything (i.e., the "establishment") attitude and it resonates.
