I let them rise for about 2-3 hours for the second rise. Once they start to look puffy, I get them in the hot oil. I’m excited to see how they turn out!!!

Mix until thoroughly combined. I like start with one tablespoon of milk, then add one tablespoon at a time until it reaches my desired consistency. The white glaze in the video is this recipe with 1 tablespoon of milk. The “clear” glaze is this recipe with more milk added. Chocolate Glaze 1 c powdered sugar 4 tsp cocoa powder 3-4 tbsp of milk, room temp 1/2 tbsp of butter, softened A dash of vanilla A pinch of salt Add all of the ingredients into a bowl or stand mixer.
