Someone could probably mod the game to rotate the camera during this cutscene. If someone does, we’ll either be highly impressed that they animated each key correctly, even though we can’t see it, or we will be highly disappointed that the hand barely looks like it’s interacting with the piano.

Most likely the hands/fingers/piano itself isnt animated to save on game resources and since no one would be able to see it anyway

@@KnowledgeableTomato In newer games, if it's not a big, highly produced CGI cutscene, it's pretty likely that it's rendered in real-time with the in-game engine.

It kind of applies to real life too. I don’t want to sound like a boomer but many kids and modern artists don’t know how to play instruments, and almost every band and more people back then did.
