Jagex added awakened bosses with the release of desert treasure 2. Defeating the hard mode version of the duke, leviathan, vardorvis, and the whisperer is a challenge even more difficult than the inferno. Succeeding will reward players with the coveted blood torva kit. But as it turns out, the black market is already selling these kits with the help of some cheat clients.

They are actually doing something about it... but they just cant keep up with the amount of people buying capes lmao. They will do ban waves and remove 100+ capes but then within a week 100 more people bought more capes. They realize that people don't give a fuck and will continue buying capes regardless of the risk so they stopped caring.

Fast Forward 6 months later. I never see regular torva in game. All I see is blood torva. Some of those player aren't even ranked in the DT2 bosses. Some super badass accounts I've looked up through runelite were wearing normal torva.

This is literally every world when you go to TOB lmao. It's either a bunch of dudes in Blorva or Ironmen wearing Ironmen gear. Almost all of them have 1 Zuk KC and barely any DT2 boss KC. Hell some of them barely have any raid KC at all aside from TOB/HMTOB but usually nowhere near as much as you'd think for someone rocking Blorva + Infernal lol. 1000% a majority of these people bought capes and kits yet probably flame people regularly for sucking at the game. Actual losers.

Can’t ban too many players that have paid for membership for years and will continue to play for years. Jagex is rarely trying to actually fix these issues, or they know they can’t feasible fix all of the rwt, services and scamming issues and so they don’t spend as much effort on lost causes.

They could’ve made orbs untradable limit the attempts to get it. Maybe have made it 50 kc until your able to unlock getting one but it’s too late now

Adding arbitrary restrictions just to limit people cheating is dumb. All it does is just punish regular players. Cheaters will always find a way to cheat regardless.

They should just made the blood torva ornament kit tradable, it will be a great money making for those who can do the awakened versions. I remember back in rs2 when QBD came out it droped a new dragon ornament kit which was awsome cash for the first months (although they got cheap since they where pretty common), by making the blood torva very rare drop could have them as a very expensive and unique drop.

Imagine you’re a top 1-500 RuneScape pvmer, you love RuneScape and you play all day. You realize you have 2 ways to make money, either you dedicate 1000’s of hours putting yourself in the public eye and having to play live in front of an audience where you will likely receive 0 compensation for your time until years down the road Or you can just keep playing the game how you normally do and get paid 10-1000$ per job just for hunting CA’s you’ve already done and doing infernos which are on task 95% of the time lol

Well if you are gonna see it like that u have to imagine on the cheater prespective, while they can grind and waste hours of their life on a video game or they can come back after a long day of work and enjoy the game as they like without having to deal with boring stuff because someone already did it for them

I think you misunderstand my position. I can understand why a seller would be motivated to provide services like these, especially since a lot of people in this market come from challenging economic backgrounds. It's the customers who are purchasing extremely expensive, cosmetic-only items to convince others that they have PVM skills which they don't actually possess that I find to be pretty funny/pathetic. I just thought it was interesting that these services had made their way to market so quickly and it would be an interesting topic to cover

@@DiogoGon7 Okay I can get that argument for like buying GP to get Tbow/Shadow/Scythe or something but a fucking cosmetic??? Like Blorva does absolutely nothing for your account other than looking cool and flexing. Its sole purpose in the game is to give something for people to do. Having someone get it for you just gives you another reason not to play the game at all. Sometimes I wonder if some people even enjoy playing the game at all and all they care about is bank standing at TOB bank lmao.

@@PvMFrosties infernal and raids are hard.. because they consume 30+mins for a single kc. I whooped up on the new bosses. They literally take like 5 mins..

@@dylangriffin2860 As someone with 20 zuk kc and thousands of raids kc, I can confirm the inferno and raids are not hard at all. The awakened bosses are much harder at least for me so far.
