500k is total bs for any car restoration unless your talking about some Uber rare car with like zero part availability. I love gtrs ,Supras, and other jdm dream cars but this is getting way out of hand, even more than before.
I have an R32 GTR that I wish I could send for a full restoration as it has the typical rust spots found on these cars. I heard about the $500k awhile back and I still don't think its worth it IMO lol
I use to hate on this car because i didn't believe you actually liked it for real. At this point i do believe you. So now going forward. Ill be happy to support this build. This will be a really nice car when you are done. I hope it treats you well and you get plenty of smiles per gallon when she is on the road.
major props to you considering where you started and how you got to this day. You saved an R32 GTR from meeting an early grave. You have more heart and dedication than most out there. They would have cried and gave up from the get go and probably sell it for pennies on the dollar.

The easiest way to do your square hole is a drill bit that will fit and touch all four sides, after the hole is drilled you use a set of needle files or jewelers files to square the hole off. I know harbor freight sells a needle file set
The amount of work you are putting into this is unreal. If this were a build for someone else, I would expect a price tag well into the hundreds of thousands. Given the labor and skill required, I think it would be justified, don't sell yourself short!
Great work Kalvin, youre doing it! As for the square hole...my method for stuff like that is just drill a hole slightly smaller...and get yourself a small square or triangle file and file the corners in. It doesnt take too long.
I’ve followed this build from the beginning, Kalvin…and I gotta say, this might be your best produced video yet. Really well done. On another note, I feel it would be helpful for us to see some sort of list of what all is remaining for the chassis repair/fabrication work. Or a full walkthrough of everything left to knockout before you can prime. I know we all cannot wait for you to reach that milestone. So much hard work, keep it up brother!
